We updated today. I was hoping you could point to the area where we could look in our customization. Not sure why a theme update should change the way the customization rolls, but I understand sometimes these things are unavoidable.

There was an update recently which slightly changed the code of Services. Honestly, I haven’t realized at the time that it will mess up existing custom skins. Just recreate your custom skin again and make sure to hit CTRL + R before copying code from default.scss to make sure you are viewing updated version.

Please note there is a Template switcher under Page Attributes on the right when you editing the page. Various templates have various content width.

I’m the hosting provider But the strange thing is the path above that’s mentioned in the error log isn’t just there. (’/home/artisanbvba/public_html/wp/wp-includes/random_compat/random.php’) Should it be in a working script? I don’t see how overquota can cause this issue..

Guess what.. putting back the backup was to easy to not try first the other 5 options =/ .. Couldn’t login to the admin section, had to work from the phpMyAdmin etc.. But it was worth the struggle =)

I do apologize for posting the code but i have no idea what line you were talking about. If i counted 112 lines I would not see the bottom panel. Do you have an email where I can contact you? can people pay you to fix issues? I am losing tons of money/ google ads because my site is not working.

Well, first this is a weird issue and honestly I don’t really understand how it happened. I am thinking about two solutions for this, let’s go with easier one first:

1.) Go to Theme Options (in your wp-admin), click on Footer Settings, search for Bottom Panel Column option and try to set its value to 1. Save your Theme Options and then set Bottom Panel Column back to its previous value (for example, if you want to have four column then set it to 4) and save the settings. This should fix your issue.

2.) If it haven’t fixed your issue then you will have to play with a code little bit. You will have to edit footer.php file in theme’s root folder (wp-content/themes/bluecollar). Go to line 112, which looks exactly like this:

$bottom_panel_col_number = 12 / $bottom_panel_columns;

$bottom_panel_col_number = 12 / intval( $bottom_panel_columns );

If the first solution haven’t fixed it and you have issues with following the second one, send me a message via PM with your wp-admin credentials and I will take a look at it.

Ok, I’ve found the issue, it is caused by missing excerpt/description in Service. I will fix it in the next update.

Meanwhile you can fix it by editing wp-content/plugins/lsvr-toolkit-bluecollar/shortcode-generator/shortcodes/services-php file, and change lines 199 and 220 to this code:
