We are really sorry for the late reply, we’ve been on vacation for two weeks and couldn’t get back to you. Deadlines did not go as we planned, we were not able to put the Silicon in the market again, we pushed the theme once and it got rejected because some core files need to be changed and we have a lot of work to do, so we have decided not to update it now as we have other priorities.

Hi again, I sent you the login details 2 days ago for issue #1. I have another one… I am trying to translate the theme to another language with WPML. I’ve downloaded poedit. Problem is I can’t find the english .po file in wp-content>theme>Kalium>languages, all I can find there are 2 files: index.html and kalium.pot. Aren’t there supposed to be 2 files looking like en_EN.mo and en_EN.po instead ? Thanks in advance for your clarification Cheers and Merry Christmas!

You have forgotten to update plugins on each update, and that is why this error is appearing.

Please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

I see that you have not updated your plugins because you are using an very very old version of Visual Composer, to update this plugins and other plugins from the Appearance > Install Plugins. When you update Visual Composer this error will be fixed.

You are also using an old version of our theme.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure

Also, the “parameters and options” section never loads.

After deactivating each plugin, I’ve discovered that it’s “Advanced custom fields” that’s preventing me from using visual composer. “Parameters and options” still isn’t loading though.

So can you please add the code below to Custom CSS on that page only.

    -webkit-background-size: contain !important;
    -moz-background-size: contain !important;
    background-size: contain !important;
}

and then the image will not be zoomed
