Hello, i have a – 2 – big problems with the vc_images carousel shortcode.
the first one i had an issue loading it properly. all the images were really small (the img width 2.3%).
im assuming that is because my website is RTL.
the second problem (that made me cry) is that after playing the shortcode(using visual composer) im getting an other image carousel menu and the box is showing me two lines surrounded by two blue half squares [ ].
please contact me on my email if you want me to share a screenshot. please help. ive crosses my deadline because of it.

I am very unhappy with this theme, it has given me many problems and every day a new problem arises. Now is the Visual Composer plugin WP BAKERY , it is not updated correctly because apparently I need the license number!!! But I haven´t any license number to plugin… How is it possible? It’s really embarrassing , as they have developed their theme. I want get my money because I have almost developed the web . I do not recommend it at all , I had to buy the pluggin because don´t work it.
I do not recommend buying this theme. This theme is awful from beginning to end , only it’s nice, but this isn´t enought
Oh, I must say to you that, not only me, all other authors on ThemeForest if using Visual Composer had the same answer. My license(Extend) are allow include in my theme but can’t active for all website of all our customers, only active 1 site. I’m not happy when you say that but no problem. Hey, when will the next update be coming? Visual Composer is showing as out of date and doesn’t load properly for us anymore.
Lastly, how can we disable WooCommerce quickview, and have the product photo on archive pages link directly to the product instead of doing a popup? Client has requested the photo link to product pages

Yes I got that working, issue is when I click on a menu item it just JUMPS down to that area, I’d like it to scroll smoothly down to that anchor.

when using the “Portfolio 4 Columns Wide” option you can only get to the project link by clicking on the Title, I mean exactly and ONLY on the Title, it’s not really intuitive… Is there no way to be able to click anywhere on the picture or on the hovered part? (Hope you get what I mean)
Also, the filter is in english with f. ex. “ALL – CREATIVE – INTERIOR”, is there no way to change the ALL in another language?

All kinds of crashing issues; I can’t install via Zip file, I have to do an FTP upload. The other issue I have is I go to install all the supported plugins for the demo data and I get the please reinstall or remove advancedcache.php. I am so frustrated that I just want a credit back from the Envato Market to go with another theme. Sorry but this has cost me.

Hi, could you tell me what code I need to use (in PHP) to call the social profiles? We’re using an if statement to show a specific header design on one specific page, and I need to insert the social profiles but don’t want them included on other pages (otherwise I’d use the header_customize_filter function.
If you could give me the code I need, I’d REALLY appreciate it.
Alternatively, you can give me the code to call the search icon function. I don’t mind which of the two I use, but need the PHP to call either social profiles OR search. Thanks!
One other question, how can we have the author show up on the Quote slider with Style 1? Style 2 isn’t the right layout for us, so we’d like style one, but it doesn’t show the authors name below the quote?

Fairly straight forward really. You have a custom button in visual composer, there is no option to align it left, right, centre etc.

No, I’m wrong. I’ve changed all the settings, but they appear to relate to the changing of the sliders, and how long that takes. Substantially increasing all of them does not slow down how long the quote stays on the screen for. Currently each slide is staying visible for about 4 seconds before it changes to the next. We need to increase that by about double. Could you please give me instructions on how to do so? Many thanks!

Having problems with the video posts. Our video is not showing up on posts, even though we’ve selected that it’s a video post, and posted a video URL in the relevant box. If we include the video in the blog post body instead, the video shows, however, nothing shows up on the blog archive page doing it that way.

Also, a feature request. My client has requested the ability to have manual controls on the post slider widget of the Visual Composer plugin. We love the slider you’ve built in, but some left and right arrows for manual control is what they’re after. Is this possible please?

Love the theme, however, the footer layout does not work at all. No matter what layout i choose (2 colours, 1 large column with 2 small, four columns etc) the footer does not change. Could you please look into it and get back to me?
