My Child theme on woocommerce/single-product/meta.php is not overriding anything. It shows in the woocommerce system settings that is in indeed overriding. When I add the meta.php to the parent Avada woocommerce/single-product/ file it does not work either. Please advise. thanks!

hello there i have a problem in featured image for fusion slider i found the pictures dimensions for the pictures that uploaded with the demo theme are (1900 : width , 1169: height) and this makes the picture looks in high resolution , but when i try to upload my picture with the same dimensions it gives me (HTTP error). i want to solve this for real

If you are getting a HTTP error when trying to upload media it will either be a folder permission issue or more likely, a PHP configuration limit that needs to be increased, or the size of the file exceeds your WP installations maximum file upload size.

We don’t even use BuddyPress

The quickest way to resolve it is to update to Avada 3.9.1 since the fix was included as of V3.9 -> http://bit.ly/1KE4GB5

Did you also update Fusion Core plugin? Go to the plugins tab on our welcome screen and it will tell you if an update is required.
If the issue persists, please signup at our support center and submit a new ticket. Include all the details about the issue, your site URL and version of Avada. Hmm you will need access to the WP admin area. But the fusion core plugin is already located in the theme files at avada > framework > plugins location.
Submit a support ticket for us if you need further help, but without WP admin access you can only update it via FTP, you can grab the fusion core plugin folder from the location above.

Yes the redirection field is blank but it doesn’t send me back to the page I was on, instead it sends me to the wp-admin

Just bought it and testing it.
Q1- I installed law demo to check it out and then installed architecture demo to test that out….then some more. End result is law demo shows up when viewing the test website with multiple menus and bits from varios demos.
Does it mean I can try only one demo on a fresh install without messing the website? Is there a quick way of undoing and getting to default fresh install? Would deleting the whole Avada folder and reuploading it and deleting everythign inside of WP content folder be the best way? any other folder I need to empty/delete?
Q2- Is it best to design Avada website from scratch or install a demo close to your needs and then edit it to your liking?

1 – Yes, you can only install and then view one demo at a time. Installing additional demos over the existing demo installs will mess things up. If you check this help file -> http://bit.ly/1OjQAF8 – you will see a Reset plugin recommendation that will make it possible to wipe the active demo ready for you to install the next one, in a matter of a minute
2 – This is entirely up to you and what you feel comfortable doing. If you are totally new to WordPress and premium themes, working from a demo as a platform will make it a little easier for you

Avada has a plethora of options that enable you to create any kind of site layout you wish and editing the the actual theme files is not required unless you want to heavily customize the theme beyond the available functionality.

The latest version of the Revolution Slider V5.1.4 included with Avada 3.9.1 does not have any reported display issues in these browsers types. It is more than likely that you have other influencing factors at play here

Guys I know you want to get the word out on Avada but this ThemeFusion News dashboard widget that is on by default and can not be removed is VERY intrusive and I’m surprised you guys would pull something like this. How do I remove it and disable it? It’s very unprofessional and leaves a bad impression on any customer. Instead of what was there before, after logging into wp-admin I’m greeted with this jarring widget which I did not want at all and has nothing to do with my website. Thanks for the help.

We certainly do appreciate your feedback but we do not feel that the dashboard widget is obtrusive any more than the WP Dashboard Avada tabbed section is obtrusive. It is meant to be a useful resource feed for our customers. Since we do not as of yet have a white label option for Avada, to remove it would require some customization.

Avada demo sidebar right partly covers page. This is not a good look when it is billed as a “responsive” theme, and in addition there is no close box to remove the sidebar (which is a call to action to purchase). It is good to see it is frequently updated.

Thank you for your feedback, but we can assure you that Avada is 100% responsive. The type of sidebar you are referring to would be a flyout sidebar. This is not yet a configurable option within Avada and we may consider adding this as a feature at some point. For now it is by design that the sidebar display and position left/right is static as you see it

As stated previously, the latest version of Avada is version 3.9.1. The fixes released are accumulative and in direct relation to the active release number of the theme. Therefore, regardless of the number of fixes released for the active version of the theme, the last fix includes all preceding fixes.

I have tried to install the theme and it´s impossible. All the time the same message: “¿Seguro que quieres hacer esto?Por favor, inténtalo de nuevo.” Even if I desinstall all the plugins and themes…What can I do? May be my files corrupt? Can you send them to me once again?

Please note that Facebook caches pages for quite a while, so you may not see all the new descriptions right away. You can paste the shared page URL into their debugger tool and fetch the new details to update the page cache.
