Actually video background are just designed to be, as they are intended, mute video background. The whole of the websites out there have video backgrounds in mute mode. Auto play audio video is something against the best practices of User Experience. Anyway we are always open to new idea to evaluate as new features for next updates!

Ps: if I give you a code this code makes all the videos with audio, to have only available as single header we need to create a new option from the admin. The whole new update is based on features suggested by our customers. Cause custom modifications are not part of the support policy we prefer to collect good inputs and make new options available globally for all registered users.

This is an option, we just create those “features” pages without the transparent header. In Uncode you have some options to work with header transparency both at Theme Option both at Single Page level!

Are you aware of a bug with OSX and Safari that when adaptive images are enabled it is loading the lowest resolution no matter the screen size, as well background videos do not work? If you disable it all is well.
Hi voltagenewmediainc no actually we dont have any issues opened. If your Welcome Screen are all green, it seems you are use some aggressive compression plugin like W3 Total Cache, for example deactivate just some options like the page cache.

Strange, its weird that it only effects Safari though?!

Hello, i’am very happy with the upgrade and i’am very happy with the flawless update procedure. I think this is the most useful theme here on Themeforrest yet.
One question: is it possible to use content blocks in other parts than on top of the page / product. It is great to manage returning content in an external block.

I can’t find the XML files to import page styles.

Hi Bittinc246! Those plugins are just part of the theme and you can find them in “core/plugins_activation/plugins/...”. Just install and activate!

Hello, there is a problem with responsive lay-out, starting from less than 1024 px on home (same issue with your demo) starting with the lists under the media galley. rows are placed upon each other. I think something is wrong with the lists component.

Hi. Is the documentation outdated? It says to install the Uncode-plugin but there is no such plugin in the package or in my plugin-list after the install.
Also, there is no Uncode-tab in my admin menu.

Does it support RTL?

Do you guys plan on adding a page preloader to this theme, it would be a nice touch!
Hi UnionThemes and thank you for interest in Uncode! Actually we are a bit annoyed by preloaders spinners and we focus this first release on performances. As you can see from the actual demo use a preloader may seems just an artifact. A lot of theme use preloaders to fool load times and to hide page layouts that are based on JavaScript (not ready on page load). Anyway we have had a few request to make this optional and we are evaluate for next udpates, maybe in some scenario they are quite nice!
This theme is EXTREMELY Powerful and really worth it – The more I play with it the more I LOVE IT. (I am not someone easily impressed after so many years on ThemeForest) – Support is awesome too! Highly recommended A+++

Actually we dont have any plan to make Uncode HTML, we think this theme makes its best on WordPress where you can control the tremendous set of options easily from the WordPress admin. Don’t you like working with WordPress?
the theme is bloated with tremendous options that i never use which makes it much slower than it could be. the google speed insights report could be improved and the html/jquery version would give me the ability to control and fine tune this, without being forced to the wordpress environment, which is a major disavantage in this case. i’ve used wordpress in the past, but for my needs i prefer a speedy site with less options than a slower and bloated one.

as my first comment made clear, i asked for a html/jquery and then told you the reasons why. i was interested in the theme but not with the current approach. not everybody wants a wordpress site. sorry to bother with my interest and pre-purchase questions and i will not purchase this theme.

1. We have still not tested all (for our design idea a lot of these are unusefull and other seems repetitions of functions we have). Do you need something particular? Please send an email to info@unsgn.com
2. No sorry, as most of mega theme out there this is disabled cause VC do it best in backend mode.
3. We have planned to make a WooCommerce update in the future. Actually some user that need advanced filtering etc has installed plugins and they all works fine, I think Wishlist is a plugin too.
4. We are doing the last tests and should hopefully arrive before year-end.
