Hello, I’m having this issue:
http://www.prcac.com/category/resources/Basically, if I click the blog category name or a tag, the text will go underneath the header bar. This happened in other pages but I fixed it by hiding the Title Area and/or choosing ‘Always put content below header’ But now, I don’t know how to fix this issue in this particular case. I will also like to add a Slider to the category template, so it’s OK if all the categories display the same slider.
Is there a solutions without..having to create each cat page (using blog template) and assign a blog category,then a slider via code.

You can set global option in Qode Options > General > Design style to force content to be below header on all pages, including archives.
When it comes to slider for categories, since this is archive page which is created on the fly, page as such in Admin page listing doesn’t exist so you can’t apply code for slider at all. Only solution is to create category pages manually and to assign category and slider manually.

This will happen automatically if you set transparency to header, either as a global value (Qode Options > Header) or per page/portfolio item/post as local value (Page edit screen > Qode Header > Initial Header Transparency).

is there a way to have the logo in the sticky menu when you set menu style to “sticky divided” ? right now i have it on sticky divided but the logo only shows when I’m at the top of the page…when i scroll down and my sticky menu appears it just show the nav buttons

I would like to change the current demo, I’ve added a second demo, however it’s not working out to well, I did delete all menus that I created prior to adding the second demo, however it’s still just not working as expected.
I’ve been attempting to find a solution, it seems to be to delete the Bridge theme by way of the WordPress Reset plug-in and to start over from scratch. I would also like to test a few demos prior to committing to a particular demo. It also seems overwhelming to attempt to delete everything manually. I’m I on the right track, any other suggestions that would help?
I noticed that the the WordPress Reset plug-in hasn’t been updated for two years, the alternative seems to be the WordPress Database Reset plug-in which was updated a few months ago, is there a major difference between the two?
Will all images also be deleted with the reset? Holding off for now, waiting for your reply.

We haven’t tested in depth those two plugins and can’t tell you what differences are. However, you should go just fine by deleting menu items and performing demo import from Qode Import. Also, you will have to navigate to your Qode Options and to click save, in order to generate new dynamic rules from Qode Options.

When I go to Qode Options I need to make some choice, so after I didn’t know which choice I chose maintaince and then clicked save, I don’t believe this is what you were advising. Please let me know.

You can choose any section from Qode Options and just click on save.
The thing is that there are some default values for style and some from Qode Options, which we referred as dynamically created since user can change it at any time. CSS rules from those options are generated once user click on save button. So, if you import another demo, CSS rules from previous one will be stored on your server and therefore click on save is needed to overwrite old ones with new ones.
Hopefully this will help you a bit to understand what is going on under the hood.

Yes, images are copyrighted, and you need to purchase license for them in order to use them on your site. We have bought them on ShutterStock, you can try to search using keywords that are describing atmosphere on image.

If you want to use Bride 2, then simply import main Bridge demo and then, in Qode Options > Header choose to switch to Left menu instead of Top menu. Actually, position of menu is the only difference between Original and Bridge 2 demos.

Two part question – On your theme, when hovering over a thumbnail link, you have to click the “View” or “Zoom” button in order to see the image in a lightbox. Is it possible to remove the “View” and “Zoom” boxes when hovering over the thumbnail and instead just have a darkened thumbnail upon hover over? I’d like to be able to click anywhere on the thumbnail which will either 1) result in the image zooming to fullscreen in a lightboxed mode, or 2) send me to a new page. Is this possible? Thanks!

Slight problem with Qode Slider video… the slide does not play all of the video before transitioning. It plays a certain amount of slide 1, then switches to slide 2, but I still hear the music from the slide 1, and need the entire video to finish.

Please note, by default, video is muted. Also, video is implemented as HTML 5 video, and playback isn’t stopped once the video slider is out of the focus. In other words, video playback time isn’t related with slide duration time.
You can only set slide duration time to match video playback time, but this isn’t accurate technique, because video preloading can cause playback delay which can again lead to unsynchronization. And note that this technique won’t solve issue with enabled audio.
However, you can try to use Layer Slider instead, plugin which is bundled with our theme.

Hello, I currently have Salient theme and am pretty happy with it. I want to try bridge – it has more features – but there is one issue I have with Bridge. Salient is a lot slicker and smoother when scrolling up and down. Is there any way to make Bridge as smooth as Salient?

1) When it comes to video in portfolio, note that you can use custom or custom full width template and create layout of portfolio single using Visual Composer. This way you can have video played in overlay window.

Interested in purchasing this theme, but need clarification on the support side, especially updates. It appears as though you are only supplying 6 months of support with the purchase, which is pretty minimal. So, essentially am I being asked to purchase a theme that will only get 6 months of updates and support? Please clarify.

Hello, I have tried several times over the last couple of hours to submit a ticket on the qode.ticksy support site and it keeps saying my purchase code is incorrect. I have four purchase codes and I am using the most recent and correct purchase code but it fails every time. I have closed and cleared browser (chrome) and nothing. Please advise.
