Hi, we have some problems with ne newest template version. We use the woocommerce templates from your template, but they are not up to date (Woocommerce 3.0.1) so we can´t use everything in the frontend view. Do you think that you will publish a new version in the next weeks?

I have trouble getting the SM deal to show on the frontpage. I have added a deal, and I have made the plugin active, but it doesn’t show on the frontpage. How do i add it to the frontpage? I have been experimententing blocks and adding the following to frontpage: <reference name=”deal-home”> <block type=”deal/List” name=”deal” template=”sm/deal/default.phtml”/> </reference>

(I made the deal-home reference myself in the 2-columns-left template)

However, nothing shows up – what do i need to add or configurate?

The admin page could not locate and load the CSS and JS files, also the ‘image’ folder is missing in the package, update documentation and fix and provide solution to solve the JS and CSS loading issue

Please refer to the Ticket we submitted requesting a REFUND since this Theme is corrupted with Critical issues. Lost Password option is NOT working, Even after adding States of Australia to directory_country_region table , States doesn’t get listed and as a result unable to configure and use Australia Post Shipping method. Those are not the only issues – Create Account option was not working, got fixed today by Support Staff , earlier Create account – Middle Name option line has gone out of order – corrected – but that option is VANISHED !!!

Since the most critical option which is Shipping is not working and errors keep on appearing , we lost confidence of this product and we no longer can trust this product will work smoothly for our client and his customers.

We feel sorry to leave a bad comment like this but end of the day we are running a business and cant offered to lose time & do experiments with our clients
