Hi there,
I’m creating a website using your theme and the images on the slider module (and other block modules) within Visual Composer.The image height is around 75%-80% of the parent container, thus leaving a white space.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

The theme doesn’t handle fb shared info. You would need to search for a plugin in this scope. We recommend using Yoast’s SEO plugin to control and place socials og meta: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/
Concerning theme’s update you do not need to worry about loosing settings. All panel and wp configurations will remain intact after the update, just make sure you follow the instructions from theme’s update guide, we recommend using the ftp method: http://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also make sure you backup your current theme/wp install and database also: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups

Hello,
I’m publishing my posts in the smartlist 6 format, I’ve inserted 1 adsense ad above it, one below it here’s screen shot: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0c15jqr9db – another adsense ad unit is placed in the sidebar.
The adsense ad BELOW, the one shown in the screen shot above, is not showing after list page no 3. It only shows on page 1 and 2 and that’s it.
What is causing this problem?
Here’s an example on how it should work, even though it’s a different theme, you get the idea: http://msgossip.com/10-celebrities-with-moms-that-look-extremely-young/ – if you click the “Next” button until page 10 it will continuously show the adsense ad without interruption.
- I’ve fixed this, just moved the ad code from the smart list 6 below the description.
Another small issue.How can I put more distance between the Back and Next buttons?

How do I add more space and a divider between the ad and the back, next buttos?

Basically properly aligned from start to end of content area.

2. The wordpress thumbnail is used by the theme for module 16, that you use on search template and you have changed the default size 150×150. You can change the module to display articles for search template, if you really need that size for wp thumbnail – http://screencast.com/t/eSLSsG2smM

These errors were fixed, so if you use the latest version of the theme you should not have any issues on google testing tool. Unfortunately we did not managed to update the theme from our live demo to the latest version, that’s why those errors appear when you test a demo article.

I’m sorry, but I’m not sure what you mean. The grid query displays articles sorted based on their date from the latest to the oldest one and you can’t change that order. Unfortunately that is not possible without custom modifications, you cannot set a category for a specific Big Grid spot, sorry! You can filter by multiple categories using the ids, but the articles will be displayed/ordered by the option you set – http://screencast.com/t/4EA1XoUq8h7G Each tagdiv block(including Big Grid blocks) has a filter option using post ids, if this can help – http://screencast.com/t/epyk7DAchU
Each Big Grid block has a specific design and the articles are limited to a specific number, for example Big Grid 5 is limited to display 3 articles in the code – http://screencast.com/t/4jNTmrA37 you may change that limit but you may need also other customizations(maybe css) as it was initially designed for 3 spots. If you don’t have basic experience I suggest to get someone to help you as we cannot provide custom services at this time.

Hi i am unable to add pics in the post, via add media button. I can only add one featured image. Also i can’t upload high resolution pics like 3000 px by 2000 px. But lower resolution pics can be uploaded. What should I do?

I’m not sure why you have this issue with add media button. Or do you refer that you cannot upload large images? hi there! great looking theme! is there any way of preventing posts to be shown twice on the homepage? i would like to have the big block on top with the newest posts from all categories and underneath that block the different categories with their subcategories. how could I prevent the posts in the big block on top being shown again in the categorie modules underneath?

The theme was initially designed with an fixed grid layout and the full width is 1068px. Unfortunately changing the width would not be easy as it needs changing the width value for all elements on pages and for this you would need custom work as we don’t plan to make changes to the grid in near future.
