Not sure what exactly you want to achieve but basically, you can just embed your YouTube channel anywhere on the site. For example create a blank page with the embed code or use our text module.

1) OK, I will talk with rest of our team about this but regarding our statistics there are less people that are using this resolution…we have made case study before we have made this design but since a lot of people asked us about this we will consider to add this as option.

2) It is on our update list, right now we are working on review engine implementation and if we don’t manage to add this in next update it will be added in update after this one.

Main content is 990px wide so there is no space for sidebar in 1024 resolution, this is a tablet resolution and we think it’s natural. The sidebars is not hidden, it just goes below the main content.

I have ads in the sidebar, and stay below does not help much. Other people are also asking the same as me. I hope you rethink about it, thank you for your attention.

Yes, we did it exactly because of ads. Sidebar needs to keep the 300px width which means that on lower resolution we will have only 600px remaining for the rest of the content which is too small. That’s why we have left sidebar and content untouched, sidebar just goes below the content.

1. This is not possible without additional work on the theme files. You can submit theme customization request if you want us to tweak the theme specifically for your needs. At the moment, I can suggest you to disable our share buttons and install one of many WordPress free plugins for sharing which looks more appealing to your personal taste.

Yes it is possible, you need to go to Add/Edit page and choose modules template, then pick to add Text Module. You can paste any shortcode or embeded code into textfiled and create your Welcome Video home section.

Sure, we understand that it may not be perfect for some people to have that much website width. But, due to our design grid, the theme would be much less flexible and we would need to cut 1/3 of layouts if we have decided to reduce the width. So we need to make some decisions and decided to go with wider site with more flexibility in layouts.

Thanks for your answer – and yes, that makes sense As I said, it is just my personal taste that i would prefer a total width of 1.200 and not 1.400 pixel.

But there is one thing I really do not understand – and unfortunately thats a deal breaker for me at the moment:

With a browser width of 770 pixels, Herald jumps directly into the “mobile design”. Here Herald just uses a width of 370 pixels. That means 400 pixels are simply wasted. Why? It is the same if I turn my smartphone horizontally to have more width on the display. Herald just uses 50% of the possible display width here. That does not look very professionell.

I think Herald has 4 different responsive layouts for different browser widths. Isn’t it possible to make 5? To use the space in this area around 700 pixels better?

Believe us or not, we have tried that

The problem is that there is no way to display all the layouts we offer properly in 500px/600px width. Some of layouts really become pointless in that resolution. That’s why we have decided to fallback to mobile 300px resolution earlier as all layouts look good in that case, it’s far more safe and looks more professional.

However, this can be easily tweaked for any specific case. We also offer customization work to all our theme users so if you decide to purchase the theme you can submit customization request afterwards and we can tweak the theme specifically to your needs and personal taste.

Multiple authors for one post is a key functionality for our site. What tweaking does the theme require to support this? Associating multiple authors to a post, we have already achieved through a plugin. however unless the theme is tweaked, they will not get displayed. Request a prompt response.
