You can control the excerpts that appear on blocks from Theme Panel > Excerpts – http://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/ The only module based to get post content and where you can use read more tag to limit the text is module 15, but not block was designed using this module and it can be used only on loop templates(category page, latest articles, tags, search..) please also check this topic from our forum – http://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/read-more-button/

Replied to the other topics please do not duplicate your tickets. This is how the sidebar was designed to appear on mobile device as many user requested this. After I install the theme my thumbnail image size on the main page is 241*160 it’s small I think it must be around 325 in width how I can change it?

My sidebar on mobiles is shown under comment box what change to make in order it will be shown before post?

Please check this guide and if you have a similar issue please regenerate thumbnails – http://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ Also please note that WordPress doesn’t enlarge your images, so if you upload small images on modules which use thumbs that are larger than the uploaded image the original size will be used (the image will not be up-scaled), this is not ideal because blank(grey for some blocks that have background) space may appear around the thumb. If you don’t have the possibility to upload large images you could use a combination of plugins to upscale the thumbs – Thumbnail Upscale and Force Regenerate.

Hi,

On the page content you could use youtube or vimeo playlists, you can find here an example – http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/video-playlist/ When you add a video as featured the image will be automatically downloaded from youtube/vimeo and generated as featured image – http://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ and the thumb created will appear on modules/blocks and the video appears on post page. To make an idea about this you can check the video demo – http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_video/ The video from post content will not play until the user click on it but it could be added in the code and attribute for autoplay.

Hi,

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have a newsletter widget/feature and you will have to use a plugin. I’ve seen that many theme’s users use MailChimp, but I can’t guarantee it will work flawless with the theme as we have not tested it.

The module 16(search module) use wordpress thumbnail 150×150 so if you have modified it, also the module(and block 21) will be affected by this change – http://screencast.com/t/07ICaMBO7 If you really need this modification for thumbnail you can change the module for search template – http://screencast.com/t/Gn3L0zz1sE If you change it back at the default size please regenerate your thumbnails after.

The theme doesn’t have such a feature/option but you could add more of the available ad spots to the header template you are using. Here is an example: http://screencast.com/t/Y23n10usq

I’ve made my example based on the header style 5 template. You can make yours on which one you like but please consider that if you do not have php and css coding experience this may not be an easy task for you so if you do not manage this on your own we advise you to get in touch with a freelancer because we cannot provide customization services.

That footer block widget comes from theme’s predefined content for the footer and is set and can be altered here: http://screencast.com/t/bH7IrMa3Ty5

If you wish to recreate it you can use a block7 widget, set a 3 post limit and the ‘featured’ sort option from blocks settings.

Hi,

Yes, as you have noticed the infinite load pagination on category pages works just for thew default latest articles post sorting so it cannot be set to all filter or your alphabetical sorting.

You can have a look at theme coding for this and customize yours in order to accept other pagination types if you like or you woudl have to get in touch with a freelancer if you don’t know how to do it on your own.

This changes require customization services which we cannot provide at the moment. Sorry!

The theme fonts/icons already contain an empty star like you need. If you have implemented a custom share button, please make sure you take a look how default share buttons are added in the code and try to do the same implementation and then design it using custom css and also add the empty star like the other social icons are added using custom css and before attribute to your custom class – http://screencast.com/t/SDjScaS8 so after you have implemented your code, and let say you have a class like td-icon-odnoklasniki you can try something like this:

It will be more easy to inspect this on your page and also please try to disable all plugins except Visual Composer and Woocommerce, clear cache and check this again. Please also paste a link to this ticket.

We are aware of this major update for Woocommerce and we also do further investigations and of course we will try to fix possible issues as soon as possible.

First please make sure you have added the code properly in header ad spot and you can also try the same code in a text widget and see if the ad is delivered by google. If still doesn’t work even in a text widget it could be an issue with your code or it is blocked or not delivered by google, also please note that it may take a while until google deliver ads for your site and you can address a question about this to your ads provider and make sure you don’t break google’s policy.

Also you can try to disable all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all the caches and see if it works.
