When I try to replace the header image, I get this message “There has been an error cropping your image.”

I have tried changing the size of the uploaded image but I can’t get it to work. I am not overly computer literate, so I am hoping there is an easy fix to this? I do not know how to code, but I can be walked through the solution.

I try to upload my portfolio but i can’t, because the portfolio section show me some codes. It is likely to be a code of Visual Composer but I need an option to update this section.

I installed WP 4.3.1, than uploaded and activated the Template. Than I imported the content-data: themeforest-13343096-hera-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/data-export/demo-content.xml. There are some failed imports than I set Static page as Homepage (Homepage template) and there is result: http://mj.maverick10.cz/. I dont know where is the problem. Can you help me please?
