Unfortunately I cannot give you a precise answer concerning OnePress Social Locker as we haven’t tested the theme with it, you can test it though and if it’s not working try to find an alternative. Sorry! Basically it should work as the theme uses standard wp functionality on socials and it doesn’t have any specific implementations on this so in principle it should work.

Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide your site url so we can take a look and make sure you use the latest them version 6.6.5 and the plugins provided with the theme are up to date. Also please note that we don’t alter the Visual Composer plugin, the theme is designed to work properly with it. Also check this without any plugins active except Visual Composer, clear all the caches(also the browser’s cache) and see if the issue persist. You can check our live demo and see if you get the same issues.

Please try this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css and see how it works on Safari browser:

width: 110%;

}

Unfortunately we missed this fix until now, I have added it again on our list and it will be added a css code for Safari browser as this 1px render issue is a browser issue.

Hi,

My website url is http://www.rapidleaks.com At home page there is lots of categorised sections and when we exclude any category from any block it got messed as i earlier described. For example when we exclude “Politics” category from “india” category block it cause all block messed. I thought it was just because “Politics” is a sub category of “india” if it so then it is also a problem for us.

Please suggest me the fix ASAP. Thanks

I have tested this on my side using latest theme version 6.6.5 and the latest version of Visual Composer provided with the theme 4.9.2 and did not found any issues. Please make sure you also use the latest theme version and check this without any plugins active except Visual Composer and clear all the caches, to make sure that it is not a plugins conflict. Let us know if the issue persist via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access(if we can activate the theme check this on your side or if you can install it on a subdomain..) so we can check this issue and provide an accurate answer/solution. Hi,

Newspaper 6 is a whole new theme so an update from 4 to 6 may cause the same issues as switching to another theme (but we did try to maintain compatibility where ever possible). Please make a clean update, meaning that we recommend that you delete the old version of the theme before uploading the new one – http://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ update also the plugins that come bundled with the theme files from the /plugins folder. In the “how to update” guide is specified that you will have to run the script that will import from database your settings, rename the shortcodes… Please note that old files customization or custom CSS will not work with the new version and you will have to adjust or re-add them as all the code was rewritten. So first please make a full backup of your current installation, disable all the plugins, update the theme(I suggest ftp method), run the script and update the plugins provided with the theme. You custom sidebars will be imported but you will have to setup the widgets again.

Unfortunately I cannot make any recommendation as we did not tested any events plugins with our theme so I can’t guarantee it will work flawless with the theme, sorry!

A good strategy would be to check most the popular free plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/ or go for one of the most popular on Codecanyon. However from what I know it seems that The Events Calendar plugin it’s used by some users from newspaper/newsmag theme community without any serious reports so it might do the job.
