Thank you very much for help. Now I am facing way bigger issue than this. The page wont move, nothing works, the logo is gone. I cant continue building the page when the content doesnt move. Hello, I just bought subway theme and installed it successfully, but i have a problem with layerslider plugin. The file cant be installed because: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature. I know my license code, but I don’t know where i can download a zip file that will install to my WP. Thank you for help.

I’m using this theme for more than a year, and now I need my website to user professionnal plugins as CYSTEME Finder Pro, and I just realise now the Subway theme blocks the right mouse clic ! Impossible to use right clic anywhere with Subway. I opened a ticket, they just answer ‘Sorry but in this case we don’t have solution, because this plugin is 3rd party plugin and unfortunately we didn’t tested this plugin with our theme. Sorry and thanks for understanding’. So I you may need right clic a day, forget that theme.

If you’re experiencing this behavior on your site it is caused by some third party plugin and it is not an theme issue at all.

Ok, well maybe I’m silly … Anyway:
- I’ve just installed a fresh WP 4.4 from scratch - no plugin except the basic Akismet and Hello Dolly, so a really standard fresh install, plus my CYSTEME Finder Pro plugin – with standard themes Twenty Fifteen, Fourteen, and Thirteen, my plugin works fine – with famous Enfold and Royal, still working fine – with Subway, the right clic is blocked ! No plugin ! Fresh install ! My plugin traps the right clic to open a contextual menu that show contextual commands as Rename, Copy … (not the right clic handled by browser of course !), it’s a file manager. It only needs the WP jQuery, no extra library is installed
I’m sorry to say my plugin does not work with Subway since it needs to catch the right clic to work completely. And it’s not my job to debug Subway. I have only one web site installed with Subway, well I cannot use my plugin there, that’s all. But if by chance you have an idea about where could be the problem, let me know.

Please note, since you’re referring to JS library that is triggered on right click mouse event, looks like a conflict between your plugin and JS libs used in our theme.
Maybe you can try to disable page transitions in our theme, from Qode Options > General. This way possible conflict with our JS loaded on ajax will be solved.
‘Page transition’ is already set to ‘No animation’, ‘Loading animation’ is also set to ‘off’, sure there is a conflict. I’ve almost disabled all Subway stuff …
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it, theme just isn’t compatible with that plugin.
Ok, I have just upgraded my plugin notices to tell users it’s no compatible with Subway, thanks.

As i see LayerSlider supports qTranslate, but text slides are not translated when text are entered like in the documentation( [:de]German text[:en]English text ). How do you change the url path to the portfolio? It is set to “portfolio_page” by default and there is apparently no way to change it?

Unfortunately, this option isn’t available within our theme. However, you can contact your hosting service for details on URL rewrite in htaccess file.

No. That results in a “Redirect Loop”. Some code in the theme tries to re-redirect it portfolio_page. (As you know…). I was hoping to give this theme a good rating. Hopefully you can help. This is the only major site-breaking glitch I’ve seen so far.

After using the theme for almost 2 years I give up with it. The support takes even weeks to reply. The blog has been crashing constantly with other plugins. The updates have broken my theme 2 or 3 times.The theme becomes extremely slow after some use. My site has been down several times due to this theme. I have now migrated all my content to another provider and everything works faster, smoother, with more theme options, easier and the support has replied to my 3 questions so far in less than 2 hours. Do not waste your money buying this theme.
