I was wondering if you support any of the marketplace/multi-vendor plugins…

what do you have in mind exactly?
We are building a clothing marketplace. We want each of the vendors to have their custom page, where all their products are listed, a banner image, social media links, address, contact details and Header image slider. Alternatively, if it is compatible with WCVendors or YITH Multivendors.
Uncode is WooCommerce compatible so I don’t think that a plugin based on WC should create problems.
The purpose of my question is because the theme we are currently on, doesnt completely support the addons…
It’s really difficult to promise compatibility to all the plugins, there are more than 23.000 out there. So far we all the customers have been able to use addons and when it was some problems we have fixed it.

Hi guys, couple presale questions.
I love this layout (http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/home/portfolio-photo/?style=lateral#), but what are these items considered as? When clicking they don’t act as the portfolio items do in other layouts.
Also, if I was to create a portfolio item that’s a video, would it show up as a clickable video within in the layout mentioned above?

I hope to understand your request… This is gallery module, you can for sure also create this with the Portfolio Post module where instead of gallery images you have portfolio items something like this, so once you click you enter a dedicated page. You can for sure also have this that opens videos, something like this. Let us know if you need more infos!
Hi, thanks for your quick reply! One last question: in the demo the items are separated between pictures, videos and audio. I assume it’s possible to have them all into a single portfolio page?

Hi DominiqueDP, yes you can have mixed media galleries for sure! You cannot just mix media with portfolio pages but seems you dont need this!

How would like to know how create a page with a list of Featured Image of Galleries (one feature image for each gallery). Then when we click on a featured image i would like to see the images of that particulary gallery in lightbox mode.
Hi fpennacchietti, sorry I dont understand your request. Is this pre-sale question or support request? You can for sure create a page with a collection of pages thumbnails and once you access one of the pages have a particular gallery where you can open images in lightbox.

Hi, Looks like a great theme. I’d want to setup a shop using Stripe for payments. Does Stripe play well with this theme and do I need yo factor in buying and essential plugins? Thanks. Tim

Uncode shop is based on the well famous WooCommerce, I know there is a WooCommerce extensions to work with Stripe but we have not tested: Stripe for WooCommerce. I think this will work cause it’s handled by WooCommerce itself. Let us know if you need more infos!

Hello, just downloaded the update version of the theme, very good job.
When trying to activate the theme on wordpress admin panel appears an error message on server. And if i delete the theme, everything works fine again.
i think it´s something wrong with the files? what can i do.

1) Any ideas why “Add to Cart” AJAX is not working as it should? http://hopsunited.com
2) Our navigation is mostly based on tags so we’re relying on Woocommerce basic views. How can I adjust the number of products in page? Now it’s only 10 products per page and pagination, nor infinite loading.

No you don’t need WooCommerce at all if you are planning to use the portfolio pages. WooCommerce it’s only for the products page.

When looking at the demo, I can choose a concept. There are a lot of choices. Are the all available when buying? For instance, I want the menu always visible at the top (and not like in the Portfolio Agency).
And is it possible not using (working in) Visual composer? This slows down a lot working in wordpress.

Hi driessengertie, for sure you can combine all the menu options you see in all demos (for example you can use the Portfolio Agency with the Classic Business menu, etc, etc..). No sorry it’s not possible not to use Visual Composer, all the advanced layouts are based on VC itself. Let us know if you need more infos!
Hello. I love your theme! I have a couple pre-purchase questions. Is there a global custom CSS option? Is it possible to remove the title on individual pages? Does the Intelligent Color System mean that all elements and typography can have custom colors? Thank you for your help!

Yes for sure, you have a global convenient admin CSS custom panel and CSS custom panel for single pages too. It’s also possibile to remove title from pages (both global both single pages). Intelligent Color refers to the ability of the menu area to change colors automatically based on the color of the visibile header to grant contrast (for example in the Classic Agency demo the 3° slides of the header change colors of the menu). Uncode is based on 2 main skin, Light and Dark, and for sure you can have custom colors for those 2 skins!

Yes for sure, it’s not different from this just in a boxed layout. In Uncode you can set your images in natural upload size or cropped in a range of give options such as 1:1, 4:3, 2:3, 16:9, etc. You dont need any Css code, this module have more than 100 options to mix.
