Yes, with initial purchase you are supported for 6 months, but if you like you can extend that support to 1 year for an additional $17.70 when purchasing the theme. Hi,
I’ve been having issues with the content of the slider. I’ve never managed to centre both the subtitle and title of the slider. I’ve had to push both all the way up to top of the slider to make sure the content can be read on mobile devices.
This is not ideal as it means desktop view now looks odd, just to make mobile look somewhat ok. Basically the same issues as Public Ticket #672491 ? – exactly actually.
When will this be fixed?

If you mean that you would like to import a demo and receive the same look as one of our demo sites, then you can do this by going to Qode Import and in the “Demo Site” field choosing the demo you would like to import, in the “Import Type” field choosing “All”, and selecting the “Import attachments” checkbox, like in this screenshot:http://screencast.com/t/FEBcT4lNqVRe
Then just click “Import” and wait for the import to finish.

I have some questions before buying the theme, I’m on this demo: http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge2/ Could we:- I want a video background for the front page, is the sound of the video available or it’s only mute ? - Could we do a video full width but not height or it’s only full page ? - Could we have a scroll down button at the bottom to tell the visitor the go down ?

1) The sound can be enabled with a quick change to the code, which our support team can provide.
2) You can determine the height of the slider, so yes, it can be full width but with a set height.
3) Yes, you can enable an arrow at the bottom of the slider.

anyway: I have a fullwidth page. in this page some paralax sections and others 3/4 coulmns sections. Regarding theses latest, if I don’t touch any design option (margin reducing) the section is visible from the mobile; if change margins at design option I will not.
But if I don’t touch the design options (margins) the page on laptop screen isn’t good as the client want, in that section the pictures must be closer…

The best way to do this (create an image that when clicked on opens a lightbox with a video) would be using a portfolio item, as explained above. As we mentioned, the lightbox in our theme does not have the same effects as the lightbox on the page you linked to, so it will display as it does on our demo site (without fading effect. You can see how the lightbox works on this page: http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge/portfolio/gallery-style/three-columns-grid/ by clicking the “Zoom” button on any portfolio item).

Hi there, thanks for great theme. We are running a Store finder plugin with the theme and we are having some issues with multipul Google API being loaded on the same page. How can I disable this in the theme? I have removed it from the header.php file but I still see it being called. Is there a easy way to do this?

Hi Can you switch the hamburger menu to the left and logo to right? There is no option for this with full screen menu… Also for the portfolio, can you have a horizontal display of the image full width? Cheers

You could achieve this by hiding the top menu from your home page with some custom css, and then linking to the other pages trough the content of your home page. Unfortunately it is not possible to have a hamburger icon on the home page and regular menu on other pages.
To hide your menu from the home page, please add the following code to your custom css field:
body.home header{
display: none;
}

For some reasons, I couldn’t get the videos to align in the center of the page. Please take a look at this link: http://www.nguyen-ryan.com/fb/Scroll down to section “What Our Customers Say” just below the hero video. Those 3 videos are not in center of the page when viewing under 1920px+ resolution and mobile devices. You can see that the right side has more space than the left side. I did the following for this section:
1) Created a 3-column row and set it to center alignment 2) I embedded the video using “text block” or “custom HTML” 3) The embeded videos are from Wistia.
