Why is main menu disappeared on mobile my site? url: www.muvy.com.tw
Hi…I’m having problems registering on your site. I get the following error:
We’re having trouble connecting to the Envato’s server to validate your purchase code. Please try again in a few minutes.
Please help.
Hi There,
Envato has been having intermittent trouble with their API over the past couple of days, and we’re waiting to hear back from them on an update. It seems to be intermittently working, so you could try again in a few minutes and it should go through. Let us know how it goes, and we can always be reached directly via our contact form if you need anything further.
Cheers!
Hi, I purchased X theme, but when i want to register with my envato username and purchase code it says it can’t connect with envato’s server to validate my purchase? I tried it multiple times on different days. Do you know what might be the problem?
Nevermind! It works now!
Great! Envato has been having issues with their API for the past couple days on and off.
Cheers!
Hi,
This is really a great theme, when you plan to release version 5 ?
Thank-you. We do not have an estimated date at this time.
Cheers!
Hello there, hopefully someone here can help me out. The demo page shows it as a one-page-site (which IS what I want, exactly that), but then there’s demos that are way different:
http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/ http://theme.co/x/demo/renew/1/ etc.But that’s not what I want.
So is the demo page (at http://themeforest.net/item/x-the-theme/full_screen_preview/5871901) actually how the theme works or just a page to link to the various features of the theme?? Because none of the demos under http://theme.co/x/#demos look like the one-page design on the main demo page.
Thank you!
Hi There,
The theme.co/x/ page is a sales page, however if you like that look Integrity 1 and Ethos 3 are two options that will help you create a very similar look and the structural layout of those can be installed using our demo content importer. Let us know if you need anything further.
Cheers!
Is there a way to work on sites with the x theme where you can work on the visual composer backend completely? We would rather work on the site in the backend rather than the front end. Thank you for your help.
Yes, a license for VC is included with each purchase, and you can activate it from your Addons > Extensions page once the theme is validated if that is the tool you’d like to use.
OK. We also use the7 theme and it seemed like the7 has many more theme options. Is there any plan to add more theme options in the future?
If you are using VC within X you have two options: a curated version using many of our Shortcodes or the vanilla version of VC. If you are looking for standard VC features, you’ll want to select the later option which can be done in the X-Integration tab when VC is active. If you need anything further by way of support, a member of our development team will be happy to assist in our forum. If you haven’t registered for access yet, you can do so here.
Cheers!
Got it. Thanks for the info. Helps us a bunch. Thanks again.
You’re most welcome
We appreciate your business!
I consider to buy x theme. Is it possible to: - place an image and/or post slider at the bottom lie this: “http://mythemes.renklibeyaz.com/flowawaywp/background-gallery/” - integrate an audio player ? Thank you
Hi there,
Yes, X support a slider like that. For example see Integrity 4. You can also use our audio player shortcode in a page, but we don’t have a way for it to show the track title and go full width like a fixed bar.
Concerning the slider I meant the thumbnail preview bar at the bottom of the site “http://mythemes.renklibeyaz.com/flowawaywp/background-gallery” (you have to move the mouse to the bottom) I need something similar to that. + Concerning the audio player I need a background music solution with playlist feature. + Thanks
No, we do not have anything quite like that out of the box. We do integrate with Revolution Slider and provide a copy of that to each customer which does allow for a high degree of options with regards to slide presentation, so you may wish to check out their plugin to see what is possible feature wise.
Cheers!
Thank you. Does X theme do the following: 1. Centered menu with logo in the middle between the menu items (like this: http://demo.select-themes.com/stockholm8/)? 2. And is it compatible with ajax (i.e. Ajaxify Plugin) to prevent music from stopping when a new page is loaded? Thank you
Hi there,
We don’t have a header layout like that, but you can do a centered navigation with the logo above the menu items. We also do not have functionality to replace the content via ajax. It can be possible with custom development however.
Hi I need help with Support. Every time I try and log in via your system, isn’t doesn’t work.
The main Issue I have is with integrating a certain type of JavaScript code within a page. Every time I try and put the code in, It displays in the source code, but not on the page.
Please help. Thanks.
Hi There,
If you are having trouble registering or logging in at our community site, please contact us directly with your email, username, and purchase code and we can take a look.

Hi Themeco, is there a way to disable automatic updates? I’m using shortcodes and I’m afraid an update will mess up my installation over night. Thank you
Hey there,
No worries! When automatic updates is enabled, it will provide you with an update notification in your WordPress dashboard. Nothing is installed immediately or without your approval. You’ll just see a notification that an update is available. It can automatically be installed at the click of a button, but at your convenience and when you have time to audit the site.
1. I am wondering whether it is possible to assemble different Homeset blocks on their homepage?
2. Is there a Admin Panel of the Template? Where you can see screenshots of the Admin Panel of the Template?
3. Are there any translation and whether you can translate the Admin Panel of your Template in a language other than English?
4. does the font Template Cyrillic?
5. What plugins and what material comes from a template?
6. Is there a complete documentation on the template?
7. Can I have a look at screenshots of documentation (on separate page)?
8. What is included in the support Template?
9. Can a user who is not familiar with HTML5 to add data and in galleries, in articles and in the shop?
Hey there,
Thanks for writing in! We’d be happy to answer your questions here.
1. I’m not entirely sure what is meant by this, but it is possible to create unique home page designs with a variety of elements.
2. X fully uses the WordPress Customizer instead of bringing in another admin panel. We add all of the styling options there. This helps you preview your settings changes live as well.
3. X is fully localized and includes a .pot catalog file, allowing translation, but does not come with any finished translations.
4. We have an option in the Customizer to load additional character sets for the custom fonts.
5. Primarily our Demos and Extensions.
6. We have a community site which includes a knowledge base describing every aspect of how the theme works.
7. This is all available after validating a purchase. I’m sorry I don’t have a link to anything that doesn’t require an account.
8. I’m not sure what this would mean exactly, but if you’re referring to our support, we have a forum where you can ask any question. Our team is online 24/7 and responds to questions within 24hrs (usually faster).
9. You can easily add posts, portfolio items, shop products and more without any coding knowledge. Customizing this to include additional data may take a little development, but plugins like Advanced Custom Fields would help.
Thank you! What is the volume of documentation (how many pages) goes to the template after purchasing?
You’re welcome! Our written documentation is dozens of pages, but we also have dozens and dozens of articles and videos on our Knowledge Base.
Cheers!
Hi there, i purchased this great theme and wanted to have the same look as shown in the demo site (Big Fullscreen Headerimage with “X – The dawn of a new era” and the Navigation on Bottom)... Is it not possible with demo content? How can i get this?
Hey There,
You can achieve this by creating a Slider Revolution slider and adding an offset at the bottom to it for the height of the navigation. That way when the slider gets loaded you will see the navigation at the bottom. Ethos 3 would be a good demo for recreating our sales page structure. Let us know if you need anything else.
Can more than one stack be used per project?
I was wondering if different sections of the site can have totally different looks.
If this can be done will the license include doing this on a subdomain of the licensed domain as well?
Hi There,
No, only one Stack can be used at a time. Subdomains count as separate installations unless you are using a multisite installation.
Cheers!
Hi there!
The cornerstone won’t save my work. I get a green notifiction when I press save site. but when I try to return to dashboard or visit page I see “You have not saved any changes!” message.
Thanks! Morris
Hey Morris,
I saw an email from you earlier and have responded there. I’m sure we can help you work through resolving this issue.
Hi, is this theme compatible with the Dokan plugin (a Woocommerce plugin)
Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out. We’ve not tested with this plugin, so I can’t speak to it’s compatibility. In our experience, most plugins work nicely with X if they are coded to WordPress best practices.
Hi, i’m interested in your theme (looking at the church style) and just want to make a few inquiries before going any further. My current site is http://st-thomas.org.au/ with a custom Wordpress theme.
1) Can sermons be uploaded via URL (not to youtube/vimeo, but to externally hosted site)? And if so, is it possible to import our existing sermons and their metadata tags (without manually adding 900+ in)? 2) Will this integrate with ‘Gravity Forms’ plugin (or have a better form and paypal linked system)? 3) Can the sermons be searched by tags, or just by typing in something to a search bar?
Thank you!
Hi There,
Thanks for writing in.
1) Sermons can be uploaded to any URL and embedded into any page or post using the Audio or Video embed element within Cornerstone or any other audio embed plugins.
Importing your existing Sermons will depend on the structure of them currently, if the sermons are a custom post type within a plugin then you should just be able to install and active the new theme and the sermons will work. But if the sermons setup is all within your custom themes. You’d need to export the Sermons first (if they are a custom post type), switch themes and then re-import them back into the site.
If you could provide some more details on the exactly functionality of how that works with your existing setup we’d be happy to help.
2) There is Gravity forms integration right out the box.
3) This again would really depend on how you plan to add them to the site, if you use a custom post type, you could then use a plugin to create custom search parameters to be able to search the Sermons from the normal search bar.
Hope this helps.
Hi again, Thanks very much for your previous helpful and prompt reply.
We’re really interested in buying this theme now, but a few more things I’d love to check.
For background- our current site was custom built and I wasn’t involved in development, and I’m now learning the wordpress platform so I’m not exactly sure how everything was created/works. Thanks for putting up with my very novice sounding questions!
1) Again with the sermons- from what I can tell they’re a custom post type built into the theme (as when I activate the 2012 wordpress theme the ‘sermons’ tab disappears from the backend). Sermons themselves are hosted externally to our site and added via url, and the metadata is manually input (stuff like date, preacher, series title, series no, service time, link, bible passage, sermon title, keywords, tags, book 1, passage 1, book 2…) Those fields mostly have drop downs (e.g. preacher) and the possible preachers are added using a plugin called ‘Advanced Custom Fields’ which the theme doesn’t operate without (it crashes if we try to update or disable that plugin)
From what you’ve said, this sounds like we would have to export the sermons and re-import them after swapping themes. Is there an easy way to do that? Would the existing metadata match up (e.g. am I going to have to sit down with 1000 sermons and reinput their books, dates and preachers?)?
2) Are there different ways to display the sermons? E.g. to list 3 recent ones and then have ‘recent series’ or something?
3) We love the homepage and animations for the demo but are worried that less computer savvy people won’t realise you’re meant to scroll down. Is that home template easily customisable- if necessary, to remove that first part of the page and simply have the menu and rest of the page? [the ‘welcome to kingdom church. loving God. loving people’ part] I’m guessing yes, because your theme looks really customisable.
4) Similarly- could we add a revolution slider to the front page instead?
5) Are events added as a custom post type? Is there an option to link to a google calendar?
Thanks very much!
No problem at all!
1. So by that behavior, your theme has the “Sermons” custom post type defined in the theme, that is why the tab is disappearing when you switch. Whatever theme you migrate to, you will need to spend some time moving over the code in the current theme that registers the custom post type in addition to ensuring that you setup any templates you need to pull through any of the meta data. Doing this will require custom development as this is the nature of working with this type of data when setup this way.
2. We have plans to include more shortcodes and blog layouts in the future, but we also include many Extensions that you can look through and use for various purposes. Essential Grid might be a neat one for you to look at as it has to do with layout out posts and custom post types in unique ways.
3. The homepage of the church demo you’re referencing is built using Revolution Slider at the top, so you could certainly include a custom layer with an arrow to point them downwards, and we also include an in-built meta option that allows you to display a clickable arrow that will scroll users below the content.
4. Indeed you can as long as your homepage is an actual page. If you’re displaying your “blog” on the homepage you will need to do a little custom development.
5. This would require some custom development and integration.
Cheers!
Do I have to buy a single license for every new site that I would launch?
Yes. The ThemeForest standard license allows one site per license, so you would need a new license for each project.
Hi, thanks for a great theme. A couple of questions.
1. In section one of my home page, I’m looking to eliminate the space between two rows. I found the space when I inspected the page code but can’t find where to eliminate it on the backend.
2. I want the my menu to be placed under my slider image and a CTA, how can I make that happen?
Thanks for your assistance, and I hope you’re having a great day.
Hey there,
1. One helpful way to manage spacing would be by using our Utility classes, documented in this knowledge base article. You can add them to any element. For example, adding “man” would apply “Margin All None” to that element. Cornerstone also offers margin controls on layout elements.
2. The best way to do this would be by creating a slider, and applying it above the masthead for you page. We have a video tutorial for this process.
Hi, how to set sidebar on specific page. I cannot find options to choose sidebar and use it on edit page. I can only set Sidebar Left, Content Right layout on template option.
By the way, how to customize header style except css coding? such as shadow layout etc… I found there are only two options can chosen for header layout in customizer.
Hey Allen,
From Appearance > Sidebars you can create a custom sidebar and configure it conditionally for specific posts or pages. Aside from the headers options available in the Customizer, other alterations will require custom CSS, and possibly a child theme. You could try another stack, as they each offer a unique design and different options.
