Great Theme!
Quick Question : I have problem with my “Fusion Slider”. I want to raise the Header Size but it only small and nothing happen. I’m writing 85 instead of 85px for example in the Fusion Slider option.

Is Avada 3.9 ready for Woocommerce 2.5?
If you are using Woo2.5+ we recommend using the latest Avada which is v3.9.3
Currently we run Woo 2.5.2 on Avada 3.9.3 for our demos.

Good day. I would like to know how can i post a certain menu ( e.g mainmenu) on a page using builder elements. I have a menu at the top but i also want to include it somewhere in my page. Is that possible?If yes, How? Thank you.

You would need to use a menu widget. Currently there are 2, the default WP “Custom menu” widget, then our own custom “Avada Horiz Menu” widget. our horizontal menu widget does not allow more then one level of menu, it is only used for top level parent items.
But you can make a new widget section, add a menu widget or any other widget, then assign it to your page using the fusion builder widget element. We have detailed docs about that here: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/widgets/

Hi!
We have a very specific design that I am thinking of using your theme but I can see that this is going to require quite a lot of customization to the header and megamenu (if thats what you call it).
We will need the megamenu to be full width with an icon abouve the menu name, would this be possible with the corect coding or do you think it would break things.
We would also need the entire header to be sticky, including the top bar, is this a simple customization?
In the top bar need to have some text with a couple of logins on the right hand side and then the social icons just to the left of it, do you think that is possible?
I am hoping to save a little time by using this theme as the base and then making those customizations to get it exactly as our design is setup.
One last question…can we use Visual Composer with this theme? I have used it in the past and really think our client will find it easier to use than Fusion Builder.

Without knowing what your design aspirations are, visually, it is tough to gauge and thereby refute/acknowledge what is possible or not. I will try to answer some of your questions:
1 – The Avada mega menu can’t unfortunately be set 100% width of the screen, there is an option to set it’s max width in px. You will need to customize the mega menu to achieve this
2 – Avada has 5 header versions to choose from, see then here -> http://avada.theme-fusion.com/header-versions/ – if you choose header version 4 or 5 you can then in the Theme Options Panel sticky header section set this option -> http://d.pr/i/1et0C – that means a full header as sticky header when you scroll down
3 – See header version 4 here -> http://avada.theme-fusion.com/header-versions/
4 – We already include a page builder, called the Fusion Builder, for our shortcodes which will also have to be disabled from theme options panel if you use visual composer. Visual Composer is a 3rd party plugin that is not actually part of Avada, but can be used, however, we do however recommend that you use the Fusion builder as it is purpose built for Avada

If you want hands on support you will need to extend paid support via your Themeforest dashboard. If however you feel you don’t require support you can choose to not extend the paid support and you will continue to get all future updates of the Avada theme. The updates will be available via your Themeforest dashboard downloads area
When paid support was introduced by Envato, in 2015, we (ThemeFusion) released the following statement:

On September 1st, Envato changed the terms for support. When you purchase Avada you receive 6 months of free support. When those 6 months have expired, you can renew your support subscription for another 6 or 12 months at a designated fee.
After the 6 months of included support is over, you’ll still be able to get free theme updates that we release and submit bug reports via email or item comments. In addition you will still be able to access our support center for documentation, knowledge base, video tutorials and other community avenues of support. However, if you do not renew the support subscription after 6 months, then you will not receive access to hands-on support through our ticket system.
In addition, we’re excited to announce that we are issuing a grandfather support system for anyone who purchased Avada before September 1st 2015. While there are still many details to work out, we can confirm the most important part.
Any customer who purchased Avada before September 1st 2015 will be able to continue and get free support through our ticket system as long as we are developing Avada. If Avada is still being developed and updates released, then you will be able to access all of our support system as long as you purchased the theme before September 1st 2015 and have a registered purchase code and setup license verification with our system.
There is a lot of work to still do with the Themeforest API and our own system which relies on it. This will all be handled on our own company site, and it will not sync up with Envato. However, in our own system you will still be able to access all of our resources including our ticket system.

How can I make the background of my testimonials transparent?
Got this figured out, however, where can I change the speed of the testimonial slider? It rotates too fast and not enough time to read.

Two questions…
1 – How can I decrease the opacity of the megamenu (it’s too transparent)?
2 – When I make changes to the Fusion Page Options, specifically the “Page Title Bar Background”, “Page Title Bar Custom Subheader Text” and “Page Title Bar Custom Text”, then click the update button, the changes are not saved. Am I missing something?

Hello,
I like the theme and all the great features that come with it. However, i’m just having a weird problem, I’m using woocommerce and i’ve noticed that some of the main links of woocommerce on product pages have strikethroughs, and this problem only shows on Google chrome, but when i view my website on Firefox there are no strikethoughs on those links.

yes but you already have it. You can just put it in Avada. I can integrate search form on page that i want with widget from Fusion builder but the final form it isn’t nice like your form. That can be integrated in your theme design. If you make such wonderfull theme why it is not complete with design for search form? For you is simple!

Avada already has it’s own search feature. If you add a custom or 3rd party search plugin to the theme, to extend the search form, and it has not been tested and 100% design integrated with Avada, custom work will be required.
It is not possible to account for every 3rd party plugin’s styling requirements within Avada.

I am wondering about the huge price lift. Now themes are supportet 6 instead of 12 months? So I have to buy the theme each year new? I understand that you want to generate constant income but the same price for existing customers?

This will be due to the paid support initiative that Envato introduced back in September the 1st, 2015. This does not come from theme authors as we do not have any control over the pricing structure.
Your theme license purchase is a one off purchase, not recurring. It is the support extension of 6/12 months that can be extended periodically, if you so choose

Love theme but why is the theme panel so slow. It’s only slow when I click on an upload button to addd backgrounds – logos etc. But when I click upload I have to wait 30 seconds at minimum before I can choose any media. Is this normal? Saving is fast.

Also kind of shocked I have to use CSS to customize the buttons. Unless I have not found section to do that in theme panel yet. But I clicked on a predefined color scheme and it changed all buttons and other items. Many other items I could change in theme panel to custom color but not the buttons? Like in the menu for shop button and in WooCommerce sections? I really love theme but seriously? Thought I read you may do a custom color scheme option in threads I read a year ago…...

It will depend what you’re trying to customize on the button. We have quite a few options for the button shortcodes that can be set in your Theme Options (These are applied to your buttons that aren’t shortcodes, such as the button in your menu) and on the button shortcode itself.
Predefined color schemes will reset all of your color selections and adopt the values for that particular scheme. Custom schemes have no been implemented yet, but they are in discussion for the 4.0 and 4.1 release. Nothing has been confirmed yet, it still needs to be approved by the development team for the release cycle.
