Want to buy this theme. It will be great of you can please confirm on the following points before I can buy it.
1. Can we use different portfolio layouts for different portfolio categories (example: digital art, illustrations, branding, videos, photography).

1. This is not automatic, you can build as many different layouts category pages you need if you create this in custom mode (as you can see in the demo). The default WordPress categories are mastered only by a Theme Options (you can for sure style this as you need). I hope this is clear. You can create as many custom pages you need and insert the module with the query to a given category but the default category wordpress pages /archives) have the same layout (here). So if you plan to insert this link in your homepage or in the main menu you can. If you refer to the single page this is in the single item Page Options and you can change manually for pages (here).
2. Do you refer to the single blog posts? As the portfolio pages you can modify inside the page, not by a given category.
3. Yes for sure this is just the filtering option (here).
4. There is an option to hide the filtering on mobile.
5. No, just use the better images you have, all is about the unique native of Uncode adaptive images system (here).
6. No sorry we are not open to freelancing. You just need to install the Demo Contents and you have an exact replica of the demo site just with placeholders images (here).

usually preloader page are used to mask the poor performance of a site so the user won’t lose interest. When making Uncode we have focused from the beginning to the performance of the theme to give customers extremely fast WP sites (I hope that you can tell that). You can anyway use pluginsfor preloader like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-preloader/
I’m already getting frustrated. I just bought this theme and I keep getting some errors when installing the plugins. I tried making a support account but it says my purchase code is invalid. How can I get some support.

hi, is it possible to 1) have a dark/black menu – as all of the examples are clear or white and 2) do you have the option of having two logos uploaded, one light and one dark for different backgrounds when using the different menu types? thanks, rod

- yeah. i need a bottom menü below the screen (eg on home) and if i scroll down, the menu is floating to top and stay there.

Before purchasing your theme: “Unicode” I have questions that I would like answered by you as an author.
Theme Uncode:
Is it possible the header (the large header image) to change in height? I feel this is too large and thus the actual content is pushed out of sight. I mean the image under the menu in the demo version. Is that part of the menu? Is this an extra screen or a slider? the Adjusts automatically or is there a code I must install at the height adjust?
I find the documentation only settings for general width of the base header, and not to the height. Specifically, I am concerned with the header adaptation in “Masonary Blog” in the full width layouts: “Portfolio Masonary” and “Portfolio Metro” but I think it is a code type is applicable to all settings.
In addition, I’m looking for a way to the width of the sidebar adapt. Is there also a code, where can I find it? Where can I integrate it?
Sorry for the questions in advance, but at the last Theme (Sleek) I had the confidence that everything is possible, but this was to be a mistake and turned out a disappointing experience.

about the filterable custom post type, we have just fix this for the next release. I didn’t get the part where you ask about ‘archive’ and ‘single’, could you specify, maybe send a link to some website to better understand what you mean.

For the single you have full control over the layout in many ways, please check our documentation for that too.
