There is a new theme version available with this issue fixed. just download the new theme version from ThemeForest and you will have this option again.

Whole landing page is built from our shortcodes, so you can easily do it by yourself. All those shortcodes are available in theme.
In next theme update, landing page will be available in ‘Qode Import’ options, so you will be able to easily import that demo too.

Dear Support,
I have two questions;
1. If I go to my webshop and click on a product category, the category name shows up above the listed products; http://www.seeyougedenksieraden.nl/product_cat/royals-nl/ How can I delete this extra category title?
2. On that same page http://www.seeyougedenksieraden.nl/product_cat/royals-nl/ I want to add empty space onder my main menu, because the sort product widget is half located in the main menu.

You can change it all to your desired styles In Qode Options -> Header and Qode Options -> Footer, you will see options for styling your header and footer areas.
When it comes to body part – for each page you choose the page template, and add elements, that can also be styled individually.

This is actually a regular header type – with logo on the left site, and navigation on the right. You can add as many items as you need to your menu.
Just remove Search and Side Area in Qode Options -> Header, and choose Right for Menu Position, and set NO for the option Center Logo.

We are sorry that your support is expired, but Envato introduced new rules in September and support is free only for 6 months. In order to be able to get support, you will need to purchase support renewal. There is nothing we can do as TIcksy system is also updated according to new support terms and conditions introduced by Envato.

I was playing with “Qode Slider Preview” – put a couple images in then tried to set the speed of the slider but there doesn’t appear to be any settings in the “Edit this Qode Preview Slider” window (NOTE: I did not publish I just previewed the page). 1. It is our new shortcode named ‘Preview Slider’, you can insert big and small images there and they will be presented in such slider.
2. It is the free content, image, title and text placed in two rows.
3. That is a ‘Portfolio list’ shortcode with new hover type (that came with latest update), but it has a fully control over numbers of portfolios, list type, hover types, categories, filters, colors, sizes…
