We are sorry that your support is expired, but Envato introduced new rules in September and support is free only for 6 months. In order to be able to get support, you will need to purchase support renewal. There is nothing we can do as TIcksy system is also updated according to new support terms and conditions introduced by Envato.

Hi, I see, that the Bridge theme can be used on multiple subdomains with multisite install for one licence. Can I import several DEMO-s on each subdomain? All the settings are unique on each multisite subdomain?

If you’ve made your map public – then you can go to Embed map on my site, copy the iframe code for your map, and paste it into Raw HTML or Google Maps element from Visual Composer.

This question was asked 2 years ago and the answer was NO but I wanted to know if any update have been made to this Qode slider feature.
Is it possible to have the Qode slider not repeat? I have two slides and I would like it to pause on the second.
Is this possible now or still a NO?
Any way to tweak the css or php file to pause slide 2 once slide 2 has completed its cycle?

There’s still no such option for our Qode Slider 
You can contact our support by submitting a ticket to https://qode.ticksy.com , so they can point you out to the files you would need to change, to try to achieve this. But note that those changes/coding goes out of our support scope, so you would need to do it manually.

We just tested those demos on our side (on iPhone and nexus phones) and everything works fine. Did you test this on computer simulator or on actual phones, because there is a difference in which logic is applied, depending on touch or no touch device?

We’ve recently purchased your theme and are looking now for a demo we’d like to use for our website. As we’ve been going through some of them, we have noticed an important issue. The parallax effect that is working good on the computer screens, does not work on iPhones. A white or black space is displayed in stead. We have looked especially to the following demos:

I tested on iPhone 6S. And I am doing it again this very instant. My iOS is up to date. Parallax and sliders are not working for your theme. Thank you for your prompt reply.

I can send you some screenshots if needed. But obviously, slider is not moving to the next images and where I should see pictures with parallax, I can see the solid color of the background only (a long white followed by a long black, for the 60, i.e.). If at least the image was visible, but it’s not…
Can it be because I am trying this on your “demo”? Is it possible to have it working once it is imported on my active theme on the live website?

I was trying to send, but I can not. Expiration of the grant period.
Unfortunately that means that your 6 months of included support expired, so you need to extend you support for Bridge theme in order to submit tickets to our support team.

I am using using Bridge v8.0 with WP 4.4.2. I am trying to delete a “Custom Widget Area” by clicking the X button at top right corner of widget box but nothing happens. Is this a known issue?

How do I remove the top and bottom empty space in the video header?

The video works fine when viewing with browser at full size. If you scale down the browser, there will be empty space at the top and bottom of the video. On IE browser, the empty space are in black color.

If you plan to have only Russian website, you only need to translate default theme labels with free software like poedit, and that’s it. You will create all your content in your language, no problems there. We have plenty users running websites in Cyrillic fonts.
If you want to have site in several languages, then you need to use some plugin, like WPML for running a multi-language site.
