Fixed nav DOES NOT WORK. Even in your demos. You can’t tell me you intended to have the user scroll to the top to access the menu on every one. Even with the shortcut that’s ridiculous.

thx for responding quickly. After clicking import a few times, it appears as if everything got installed. However, I followed your videos to install demo the menu, pages, etc, and I now get this message when I try to view pages. Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted ….. I checked the hosting and all is OK there. There is plenty of memory. The install was so sketchy that it might have imported everything. Looks like I should open a ticket?

My client has this theme and i’m trying to figure out how to stop the featured image from showing on the actual post. I only want it to show on the page where people go to see a list of all her blogs. I had code in there accomplishing that, but all the sudden it stopped…. might have been after an update.

We plan on using WooCommerce to sell products – that said – will we have to upgrade it later – and will it be risky / a hassle ? We have the option to re-install the template or attempt an upgrade now with little risk.. please advise.

You have to update WooCommerce Plugin to 2.5.x then update the theme cause it is compatible with 2.5.x version if you have not ever customed WooCommerce before. After updating WooCommerce, it will just add more functions or make the available functions better, it is not affected about security.

How do I get the menu transparent and the logo to stand off by itself like your demo of Homepage Update 01. There is no documentation that explains how to set this up. I do not wish to wait for a support ticket response for something as simple as activating the design and layout that I was sold on. You theme said this was an option for the homepage.. I set my homepage to Homepage Update 01 in Settings>Reading, but the menu background is white, runs through the logo and the not like your live demo at all. Please post fix or instructions.

Hi jswThemes ! I have used your theme for this internet site : http://www.aphrodite-beaute.fr/contact/. How you can note on this page, icons no function and put little square. Then, when you scroll page, you can see that icon for « back up » doesn’t put. When i did transfer (in line since 1 month) everything worked properly but since 1 week, this icons have diappear.

I have purchased the latest version of the theme but I keep getting an error whilst importing the demo content. After I check the box to import the attachments of the demo I click on Confirm and wait, but after a while I get an “internal server error 500”. I’ve tried it over and over and increased the max_file_size and the max time the server allows the import to run but it’s still not working.

I have tried importing on my localhost which does work and on my personal website and another website all on different servers and hosting. On every different site I still get some kind of error but they’re all different errors. In the end the import doesn’t work on the 3 online websites.

Is there a possibility you can help me with this?

I contacted my hosting provider and they are running php 5.6 on all servers so that could not be it. They told me that I could not connect to your website to download the attachments and the plugins you need for the theme because they have blocked such connections in terms of safety.

They also told me they needed your website’s ip so they can whitelist it and make it accessible.

This is the error that comes with it while trying to install the plugins that are needed for the theme: Failed to connect to jwsuperthemes.com port 80: Connection refused

Hopefully I’m not confusing you so that you could help me out.
