Hello!
I am experimenting around a bit and I am everytime surpriised again how flexible Kalium is, so again great compliment for this awesome theme!
I was thinking about creating a starting page which looks a bit different. Like this for example: http://html.orange-idea.com/barton/creative-agency/Is something like this possible with Kalium? This would be a page in Masonry layout but with no fixed colums. I did not find a possibility for something like that.
I would also love to have the tithle of a post or a portfolio displyed without any overlay. Is thgis possible?
Don’t worry if not, I am just testing arould whatsy possible!

I’m afraid that the masonry layout requires a fixed number of columns.
About the background, I’m not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but you can write the following code in the field Custom CSS of your dashboard:
.hover-state {
background: transparent !important;
}
If that’s not what you’re after, could you please provide us a screenshot, showing us what you are trying to accomplish?

Hello Laborator Team, first of all – great theme, we’re going to use it for our corporate website. Two problems (yet):
1. Coming Soon-Page: How do we edit the “Days”, “Hours”, “Minutes” and “Seconds”-Tags? We would like to change it to a different language… Custom-CSS?
2. Portfolio-Overview: Is there a possibility to add projects (with the hover-area and text), but not link it to another page? There are (important) projects we like to show on an extra page, while there are other (smaller) projects, that should appear on the overview, but without an extra product-page.

Regarding your questions:
1) In this case, a little tweak will be needed. Go to the theme folder and open the file “assets/js/joinable.min.js”. In line #7, there is a long string of code. In it, you need to search for the appearance of the words Days, Hours, etc, and replace it.
Then, you need to upload the modified version of the file to your server, replacing the original one.
2) I’m afraid there’s no built-in option to completely remove the link. However, you can set the item type to the lightbox option, and that way show only an image when the item is clicked.

Hi, the date issue worked just fine, thanks a lot! There is no way of vertically centering the entire logo, text and countdown, or is it?
The Lightbox solution is a workaround… Maybe the complete removal of the link will be an option for a (near) future update?

I’m sorry but now i talked with the backend developer and he said that this can be achieved by going to that project that you don’t want to link with another page, navigate to Parameters and Options > Project Link > and choose those two options.

Hi there! Somehow, my products have not been loading anymore in the homepage and category pages for a few days now. The slider in the frontpage is gone as well. I see the message “Loading products…” in the front page but nothing comes. Products do exist but no pictures are shown. Could I have some help on this please ?

First of all you need to enable Enable subcategory filtering by going in Theme Options > Portfolio Settings > Portfolio page.
Then go to Portfolio > Portfolio Categories and set the categories and their parents, as in this case
Nature is parent of Lake.

Hi, I am having trouble getting Vimeo videos to appear.
They have been showing fine for the last week, but today they just disappeared, and although the videos are still linked in the portfolio, they don’t appear on the portfolio page: http://some-aw.com/portfolio/fabric/ If you go in to the source code you will see that it is calling the video URL, but not appearing.
I don’t want to upload the video to the site, I would prefer to use the URL option. Even adding the iframe as html doesn’t make it appear.

You are using an old version of our theme (1.8.7.1) and the latest version for the moment is (1.8.8.1), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure

There isn’t any option for this but you can do it via Custom CSS, paste the code below to hide the Digital Art category, just change the values and you will get the desired result:

To create a new Portfolio project just go to Portfolio > Add New Item.
To add a new Blog page justo go to Posts > Add New.
To add a new Page, for example Contact, Services or anything else, just go to Pages > Add New.

Hello. I am having trouble changing colours using Theme Styling in Theme Options. My changes are saved correctly, but it seems to take a long time to update on the frontend. Does anybody else have this issue? I am using a child theme and parent is the new 1.8.8.

This is probably happening because you have installed any caching plugin, so when you decide to make changes on your site, please disable any caching plugin that you are using to see the results faster.

We have tried contacting the prettyphoto support, but it generally seems like there no longer is support on their forums. There is no feature in our theme that would do this to highlight the countries but you can add pins to a map and then on the label to write the name of the country, I don’t know if this helps, you can see it live in any of our demos.
