as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means you did never bought this theme. And because support is for our customers only, we can not help you unfortunately. If your client bought it, tell him to create account on support forum and post your questions there.

I hope that I can add a search bar on the top right of the header. Right now when I want to add a search bar I have to edit the header-top-area.php file and place what I want to show there in banner wrapper section. / or are there any other easy way to do that?

We tried to find this image but with not results. It means that we didn’t bought this image and we must get it from the web on free license.

I just installed BeTheme on my Wordpress page, but one of the plugins is not working… I install and activate Visual Composer, but when I go to “pages” and try to edit one, it doesn’t appear!

Hello, sorry again. I found another issue.
I’m trying to save some settings under “BeTheme options”, but when I press there, nothing appears on the right screen (it looks white). When I’m able to find the “Save changes” button (when I hover where it is, it appears), and then press “Save”, then everything appears as normal. But when I press “Save” again, it breaks again.
What’s going on?
I’m having issues with Visual Composer, Muffin Builder (it doesn’t appear on a new page neither) and BeTheme. What can I do? I’m using Wordpress 4.4.2

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can read more details about this on Envato forum:

Hello. We have problem with moving installation to a new domain. Theme keeps resetting it self after few days. We restore datatbase trough MyPhpAdmin but betheme keeps reset it self to default (logo, css).
Another questions is: how should we (in propoer way) replace old url to new url after installation transfer to a new domain ?

1. Theme does not reset itself so you must look for a problem deeper (extra plugins, server, etc).
2. For that, you must use Mfn CB Migrate Tool.

Could it be that wrong limits in PHP Time Limit: PHP Max Input Vars: are cousing theme resetting to a default settings ?
Ok. So we have two sites on two diffrente servers both using betheme. We migrate them for our server to clients servers. We transfer all files , migrate database than we migrate be theme via muffingroup tool. Both sites keeps reveritn to default be theme settings. One after couple of days other after couple minutes
Because we are not your admin and we do not see your logos, we are not sure if this is the reason but yes, this could be the reason of course. We can be only sure that theme does not reset settings themselves. We suggest to look for a problem outside of the theme.
We have set the proper values for PHP LIMIT variables but the problem still occurs. This problem only appear when we change site url adress (change domain) so i guess it has something to do with address of the wordpress installation, but still it only affect BeTheme settings
this is insane We export theme data trought BACKUP and RESET in theme settings, than we import this same way on other server. Import is successful, theme on new server looks good. Than bang after few minutes settings are gone. Where are the theme settings stored ? In witch table of the wordpress database ?
We agree that it’s insane but it’s also completely incomprehensible for us. Theme options are stored in wp_options table but the field where the settings are is called betheme.
Ok so i see that filed ‘betheme’ after couple of minutes after sucessful import is revertet to default. Where are stored default theme settings that are applied after pressing RESET THEME button ?
What we know so far:
Theme keeps resetting it self to default after using mussingroup migrate tool for changind its domain.
Just as the old (temp) domain is some how hard encoded in the wp_option’s betheme filed. After we change domain values in this filed theme resest itself to default as it is detecting that some parameters are wrong. Could it be ?

I am using Tabs in Muffin Builder and I want to put a link higher on the page that links to and opens the right tab when clicked on. I added a unique ID as proposed by the builder but the link only works when the tab is already open.
