Hi I just bought the theme but i dont know how to register the “slider revolution” plugin? its asking for a purchase code…can you help?

Hi Robert,
you can’t register the plugins that are bundle with the theme. We will keep them updated with our updates.
So how can I activate that plugin?? Slider rev.
The activation of the plugin and the registration are 2 different things. The registration is just to get the updates straight from the plugin author. But you don’t need that, so don’t worry about the notification.

yes because the purchase code you have is relative to Uncode and not the plugins, so it is invalid for the plugin.

sorry but at this point I don’t follow anymore … all the plugins that comes with Uncode can be installed from ‘Uncode > Install Plugins’ . They have been already purchased by us (with an extended license and not the regular one) to be used by our customers. As I already wrote to you, you can purchase the single license for the plugins if you want to keep them updated without waiting for an Uncode update, but they are working already. I’d like to change the text in the individual product boxes (Upon hover) that comes up as “select options”....and or get rid of that box entirely as clearly clicking on the image takes you to the product page making that title irrelevant. Thanks

Just bought your theme and tried to install it …
FIRST ERROR: trying to install the uncode Viusal composer …line 171 js_composer.php error
SECOND ERROR: PHP limit needs to be higher ( fix this with .user.ini file )
THIRD ERROR: Wanted to work locally and all the images are blurry.
Not off to a good start … Why is this theme breaking all over the place?????

So I go the theme to work. When I’m in the backend and I’m making simple changes to text like
in the line. When I click up date and in another tab I check the URL for the changes but it doesn’t carry over. Is there something I’m doing wrong… Also many of the demo pages do not work.? I’m trying to examine the setup of the pages so I can learn the theme better. Any work arounds .. Do you guys have any videos?

Beautiful theme. A lot of great features. Actually seems to be quite fiddly to apply it to an existing site without installing all the Demo Content (which would block our client’s existing site). We love the theme and it works really well. However on mobile the images are being displayed lower resolution than the desktop. It looks like they’re being delivered at a different size or resolution? How can this be resolved?

I have one question to ask: is is possible to have the menu icon centered in the browser window and use a different icon than the “hamburguer”?
I know this cannot be achieved using the theme options, but is it something i could easily do through css, or the theme does not allow for this change?

I need to have, for the homepage, a fullscreen Vimeo video playing without any menu or footer and with the arrow at the bottom. When the user clicks anywhere in the page, another page is loaded.
Is this possible with this theme? Do i have to create a template just for this, or is it something i can achieve with custom css?

This theme is absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend it. I just bought another license for another project.
For anyone having issues customizing the theme: please read carefully the documentation. There is plenty of documentation and the forum support is very prompt.
After working with the theme for several months, I must say that is very complete, you can customize it for any type of website. One thing is missing from the theme: a related posts feature. I asked about this long time ago: http://themeforest.net/comments/11475506 – and I was told will be implemented in the next updates. I am looking forward to see this happen.
I’ve been using plenty of themes from Themeforest, but this one definitely worth its money.

Is it maybe possible to give a link to such a zip file? So we dont have to build a revolution slider from scratch. Thnx in advance!

If you refer to the headers of the demos they are not SR but they are the native Uncode Content Block Sliders: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/content-block-header/
If you dont have any sliders it’s because at the time you have imported demo contents the Uncode Core was not active as for the documentation: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/demo-contents/
