When did you purchase your theme? If it was before September 1st 2015 then we (ThemeFusion) have grandfathered you in to continue to get support at no extra cost. See this file: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/grandfathered-support/
Also, you should still be able to download the latest theme files regardless (v3.9.3) along with the new language files.

Pre-sales question: Can templates of reusable content be setup using Fusion Builder? I need to create template-based sections for product pages for products that share common marketing verbiage, shipping info, etc. Then if I modify the template later I want all product pages that have that template to be updated.

Hey, I’m using the Café demo content. Very awesome, but most of the pictures i replace come out blurry/pixelated. The photos that I’m using are the correct size and resolution any idea why this is happening? Thanks

Hmm, the social icons should appear on the right hand side of the footer if they are enabled in your Theme Options -> Footer. We’d need to take a look at your site and settings to know what’s going on.

Ok I put in a ticket for support and referenced that you responded to my issue Ryan. Also, I forgot to add this to my support ticket but sometimes when I go to “visit site” from wordpress backend the fusion slider pictures disappear in slider and my two buttons get misaligned and end up to the far lower left of Fusion slider.
A simple refresh restores things to normal but this is happening quite too often. This has already to happened to me 5 times day. Please tell your theme development team to look into this further thanks.

I do have one more question regarding social media accounts and couldn’t find the relevant options within theme options or maybe they were overlooked?
How do I make my social media icons look like the example on the Avada About Us 2 Sample page? Under “Our Valuable Team Members?” I created the same exact page using the prebuild layouts feature in fusion builder but my results are different from the demo page. I noticed to the formatting was off I want my meet the team box to look like an exact replica and it’s not.

Ok I figured out how to format everything. Except how would I create circle boxes and use blue for Facebook, light blue color for Twitter and Navy Blue color for instagram just like the sample page?

Hey. Is it possible to set background images used in columns to be responsive? They don`t seem to be…

There is only a certain level of responsiveness you can achieve with a background image. Since it must cover both the width and height of the container, it will scale proportionally to the fill space. In turn, this results in cropping, which is unavoidable without stretching the image.

You can increase the spacing between lists by adding the following to your Theme Options -> Custom CSS:
.post-content ul + ul { margin-top: 30px; }
