would be very nice to improve the rate time to answer at support page, generally it takes at least more than 72 hours. With all that number of sales you guys should invest more on that kind of thing, each one of us has costumers waiting for requests that we cannot solve alone.

1. If you are referring to ‘one page website’, with anchors, here are the instructions:
For each row/section you want to be targeted by menu links, you should set unique Anchor ID in row settings, and then , in Appearance -> Menus, add Custom Links and enter the Anchor ID of the row, with the leading hash symbol (#) in the field labeled URL.
2. If you want to make anchoring menu per page – you should use Content Menu. Again, for each row on that page, in row settings, set unique Anchor ID, and set it to be content menu item http://screencast.com/t/CBEbdwhPtKh
and at the top, add one row for which you will set type to be Content Menu http://screencast.com/t/v63IE7GgOe
3. If, however, you just want to have different menu per page, you need to use some plugin for that.

This is not set as a top padding via css, but the script is calculating logo height, and it is a bit smaller than header height you set.

Hi: i switched to the travel blog theme and want to have a header / navigation menu transparent so my slider image shows 100%. I also added a post-it image with call to action in the header bottom widget in the header and want the background of the header 100% transparent…How do I get the transparent background while still showing my navigational menu? Set it to 0 , if you want fully transparent header.

How can I make the “Portfolio list” load to a specific category instead of the “All” tab. User “biaginiluce” just asked a similar questions 16 days ago, your suggestion is to create different pages for each category, but the solution is not ideal. I want the user to see the animation upon clicking on each category and do not want the page to be reloaded on each click.
If this cannot be done now, please inform your developer to add these options to the element “Portfolio list” in the future if possible: 1) Show “All” tab, (yes or no) 2) Default category upon page load (user allow to chose a category) , right now is defaulted to “All” tab

Unfortunately, upon loading of portfolio list – all categories elements are loaded by default. That can not be changed.
Portfolio list can have category filters, so you can navigate through the items per categories without having to reload the page, or you can use one-category portfolio list, then you won’t be having filters, and only the items from one category will be shown in the list.

I have used cover boxes, but I am looking for two small customizations.
One I would like to have multiple Cover Boxes (i.e. 8 in total, instead of the maximum 3). You can suggest me to create two more cover boxes, but the issue with that is that 3 boxes will be open simultaneously I dont want to achieve that functionality The second issue has to do with the fact that I want to have 2 Boxes in each line, but take the whole screen (if I skip one item on the default of 3 provided, it takes only 66% of the screen). What customizations do I need to do to accomplish that?

Unfortunately, this is hard to achieve.
By default, cover boxes work with three per row. If you leave fields for third one empty – it will show two per row, but it won’t take up full row width, because this is done by script calculations. You would need to change the script for this element.

If that’s not causing any problems like lagging or similar, you don’t have to do anything about it.
But if you do have issues, you should look to increase your server resources (memory_limit, and post_max_size) , that should help.

Looking at the source code, and load time and elements on the page of some demos there looks to be a lot of assets loaded in… if i dont want woocomerce support or any of the other junk will these scrips and custom css files all still load in to the theme ?

None of these are actually junk files – those are all the scripts used for some functionality in the theme – for example, qode-like.js is for the like feature for portfolio items.Caroufredsel script is used for some carousels.
We don’t recommend removing any of these. The best would be to contact our support at https://qode.ticksy.com , and include a link to your site, so thay can run some speed test and provide tips for improving your site performance.
