We’re thinking about buying this theme but wanted to know three things.
1) Could we add a slideshow on the products page? Instead of the product image being a big image with thumbnails underneath, we would like certain pages to have a slide or maybe a YouTube video. Is this possible?
2) We want to use the shop setup, but aren’t actually selling products online. Is it possible to use that setup sans price tags and add to cart option?
3) Is there an option for a customer to create an account?

2. Maybe I dont understand your request, you can for sure avoid to insert a price but if you insert in the cart a price is supposed, how you can sell something with not price?

Hello, I would like to purchase the theme but have a quick question first:
I purchased X theme because of the visual composer integration and was very frustrated to find out that you could not use the ‘design options’ panel which allows very precise and custom placement of objects/blocks by adjusting settings for the margin and padding CSS.
I am wondering the same thing before I buy your theme… With Uncode, are you able to use the ‘design options’ panel in visual composer to fine tune placement of blocks/objects and adjust the margins and paddings for placement in essentially any location?

Yes you have the custom panel for the Rows and Columns but we suggest to use the native Uncode options both for the horizontal both for the vertical rhythm of your pages. So I prefer to suggest you to use with the padding presets (here you have the reference and you can also see the tab custom): http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/row-settings/#2850/3

Hi Daichit, sorry for delay and thank you for interest! 1. Are you on a small monitor? If you see form a bigger (normal) screen you should see the 4 thumbnails, anyway you have options to modify responsive breakpoints so you can have it. 2. Yes for sure if you search in the Feature > Headers you can see a video example you can have as header for the Portfolio Designer. Let us know if you need more infos!

Hi theikid and thank you for interest! Yes for sure you can use modules also in blog post with Uncode. If you use the Uncode maps you can have 1 point of interest anyway you can integrate also external maps (where you can set more than 1 point at time). Let us know if you need more infos!

First of all, I’d like to say that I really liked the template samples. The problem is it not so practical and its lack of information.

1) Our theme doesn’t have the ‘templates’ because is far more advanced and gives you more flexibility instead to have presets like the example you are showing
2) There are some many plugins out there so it’s difficult to know the specific, but as you describe it sounds like you have encountered a bug which is already been solved with the release coming on few hours. I could fix it for you anyway if I can access your installation
3) We do have this feature for the sticky sidebar, I can guide you if you want to achieve it
4) This is also possible and I can show you

Hi. When I view Content Blocks, there is no option between Backend Editor or Classic Mode – everything is in the backend view with no buttons for me to change like I can on the Pages. Have I missed something? I assume this is where I will find the sliders and portfolio elements too? Please advise. Thank you

Hi! I have 4 domain names for 1 site. The first domain I use – shows correctly all the elements —arrows, social icons, icons etc. But at other 3 sites Google Chrome blocks them, so users can see only small boxes.
How can i fix that?

Hi, awesome theme!
I am having trouble uploading the correct logo dimensions. What is the dimension of the uncode logo presented in the theme? I see that it is 64×14 and I have tried to upload it like that but when I upload mine it doesn’t ask me which dimension the logo is in the media library.
