This issue seems related to a conflict with your server configuration. I’d suggest to contact your web hosting provider, and show them a screenshot of the issue.

Hi Rodrigo, thank you for your quick response! With both kinds of quotes, Chrome, Safari and the iOS browser show the correct fonts. Firefox always renders them to system default. Do you have any idea?

Can you please use this font generator service, it will provide you with the proper code that will render properly on all browsers.

After you generate the font files and download, upload them in wp-content/my-fonts/

And then change URL of font resources in stylesheet.css to the respective path and it will work.

I use the latest version of Kalium 1.8.8.1. The latest version of Wordpress as well as Visual Composer Version 4.11.

So everything is up to date as far as i can see.

I really hope you can figure out what’s causing this.

It seems that the issue is related to VC Addons plugin, I see this error in your site:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘left’ of undefined

Can you please ask them what is this issue about and possibly guide you to the root of issue, if thats its from our theme, so we can change the files.

In the “Parameters and Options” box, in the “Edit Page” screen of your gallery page, navigate to the section “Portfolio Settings->General Details”. There, you should enable the field named “Custom Query”. Then, in the tab named “Custom Query”, you can sort the items by random.

I’m sorry to say I added the css but it didn’t work :/ again the text isn’t centered, I’ve also tried to make a whole new page but it was the same problem :/

So the Captions in the Lightbox mode work just for gallerys? And if we use it in a gallery is there possible to show and hide the text?

3. Yes, the captions only work for galleries, but it is the same function for those items that use Featured Image, because instead of captions it gets description you enter in Visual Editor and its more easy to handle it.

This is the first time that a client reports this issue, so I’d ask you to disable that plugin, so we can take a look at your website and try to find the cause of the issue.

Also, are you using both the theme’s and WP’s latest versions? You can try disabling all your plugins as well, in order to check if any of them is causing the problem.

Hi Thanks a million for pointing me in the right direction on this. The Kalium name is now removed from the theme options but I was looking to get rid of all the Kalium naming from the CMS. Is there a setting for this? The major one that I notice is that the Kalium branding is on the browser tab when logged in to the CMS (its not visible when not editing, I was able to change this in the settings).

This seems related to a conflict between WP and your server configuration. In this case, since the automatic update is not working, you can update the theme manually, as if it was a new theme. So, you can download the new version from the “Downloads” section of your Themeforest account and install it as described in: http://documentation.laborator.co/kb/kalium/getting-started-kalium/installation-7/
