Hello, love the theme, thank you. Wondering if you could be of some assistance. After migrating my site to a live server, I am having trouble editing text blocks (no text appears when I click to edit). The panel is blank. So I have to add the content all over again, every time I want to edit it. This is also happening on my localhost. I have no external plugins installed, just the required ones from the theme. Any ideas of what could be going on? Thanks for your support.

2. Yes you can do that. They are all built-in theme.
3. Yes you can customise elements colors using theme customizer.
4. If your icons are image file type then you can add it using HTML img tag.

It’s required quite extensive code editing which I wouldn’t recommend unless you have very good experience in PHP, javascript, CSS coding.
And combining 2 themes would not be possible? In theory the editing should be already done in one of them and all I would need to do is to copy the .php template files for the client area from one theme to the other. Or is that not how things work?

1. Yes you can also add video background as header instead of image using theme content builder.
2. Basically 1 regular license mean you can use it for 1 website. So if you plan to use it for 2 websites then you have to purchase 2 regular licenses.
Hello, I just downloaded your theme and something is wrong with Revolution slider. I installed it using theme managing but when I’m trying to go into the plugin section, it doesn’t look like to respond and stays with white page. I can’t deactivate it nether (I had to do it deleting from FTP). Could you check if is anything wrong with the plugin? Awaiting your reply. Thank you!!

You can check all portfolio pages and if you select portfolio item content type to image, once user click on it. It will be open in lightbox like gallery page.

First of all thanks for the beautiful website, I am working now on installing it here : http://www.visionaryeyes.kr/ . We really wanted to have a left menu and were happy about the one you gave, but there are some customisations issues.
1. Changing the Menu Font in customisation doesn’t seems to affect the font of the left side menu. We would like to change the font weight, font size and the font itself probably.
2. Also we would like to have the submenus not go to another menu page but kinda drop down in the menu, do you think it could be possible? (A bit like this http://demo.select-themes.com/stockholm13/shop/)

Why i can’t importing demo content “classic” and another too, I can importing only “Music brand & singer”.
My php.ini settings:
max_execution_time: 500; memory_limit: 128M; post_max_size: 32M; upload_max_filesize: 32M; max_input_vars: 2000.
When I trying to import demo content, after ~ 5 – 8 minutes I get this error in console browser(network):
“Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

Seems like your server has additional settings to kill PHP process which is running for certain for time, in this case importing process. For workaround. I can help import demo content without images for you. Please let me know if you like that.

Hi, I really think this could be the theme I need, after watching hundreds of good but not suitable themes for my criteria. However, before purchasing I have a very important question that has me only one click away from buying it!
On the landing demo page I can see a bunch of example usages, like Architect, Fashion Designer, Photographer, Music Band, etc.
So, can I combine the design and features of, for example, the HOME page of Agency with the TOUR page of Music Band? Can I choose one or more pages of the Portfolios, Galleries, Pages, Blogs, Shortcodes and Features (shown in the upper menu on http://themes.themegoods2.com/grandportfolio/landing/ ) combined on my website?
Those example usages look great, but I’d like to have some specific pages on my website instead of using those pre-set models.

2. Ability to pause and restart gallery play. It doesn’t support pause button.
3. User controlled optional thumbnails in gallery. Please provide more detail about “controlled” you mentioned.
4. Images in Fullscreen Galleries can support alt-tags for SEO. Fullscreen slideshow doesn’t use general img tags so it doesn’t alt but it support image caption instead.
5. Ability to define image center for scaling purposes (as in Revolution Slider allows defining of an “off center” center point around which the image scales. Fullscreen slideshow will cropped image from center automatically.
1. Can we have the fullscreen gallery autoplay? 2,3 Can we control the timing of the slide viewing and the timing of the crossfade to the next slide? 4 Can we put arrows on the sides of the pages to indicate to users that they can control forward and back of slides?
