Thanks for reaching out! It looks that you still have not updated some premium plugins. Please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support, then if your problem is still active, please reply us again here with a detailed explanation of your problem.

If after updating the premium plugins the problem is still present, then can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

Meanwhile, would you please try checking your memory limits? Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 64M

Hi, I installed plugin except Layer Slider. When I click update this plugin my PC write me: Installed the current version of the plugin. But when I return to Required Plugins Installer, this plugin doesn´t update, installed version is 5.6.3 not 5.6.4. What´s now?

Note: If you can’t update LayerSlider, go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and delete LayerSlider plugin then install it from Install Plugins page again. Your current sliders will not be deleted.

This problem happens on some servers, but that should fix the issue

Hi, ok, update Layer Slider is installed. I also disabled thirt-party plugins and I chcecked my memory limits, but the problem with portfolio filter persists. Also I added code to custom CSS for remove All button from portfolio filter and also doesn´t work. Where is a problem?

You are using an old version of our theme, the latest version for the moment is 1.8.9, please update theme first and then the premium plugins.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure

Very Important: After you update the theme please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

2. When editing the portfolio page with Visual Composer, you have the option to edit the row settings, you can select the row settings you want to use, a full width row, normal row or a stretched row.

Like I told in the previous message, the three questions are about the same page. Many thanks for the Custom CSS that you have facilitated me, It helped me to fix the first point: Remove the space between images and rows.

It remains to solve two things. Control the size of the rows (point 2): How I control the height of rows, to decide which are wider and wich narrower? (And that images of each row suit that size)

The third point: to match the height of the horizontal and vertical image that are together in the last row of images. The two original images have the same width and height respectively, but here one is higher than the other breaking the line of the row.

Thanks for reaching out! If you can’t update Visual Composer, then please navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins and – delete Visual Composer plugin then install it from Appearance -> Install Plugins page again.

Premium plugins don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,

You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme.

thanks a lot – it worked perfectly. But – still there is a minor problem – the Slider Revolution has the same problem – it needs to be updated. I fear, that deleting it and installing the latest version all my current slides will be deleted, hence all my content will be gone. Is there a way to update the RS without deleting the slides?

took me a while. But I thought having found the problem. But – still there!

So, the main issue is, that I need an update of the Slider Revolution, the installed version is 5.1.6, according to the page “install required plugins” I need the available version 5.2.4.1. But, when following the link “update” the following page states, that the plugin version is the latest – hence no update required. So I tried all other options to update – no change.

The website I´m working on is www.rauscher.design/portfolio, WP and Kalium is updated, the problem with the Visual Composer solved.

So – how can I update the Slider Revolution?

Please help – I´m stuck.

finally I accomplished to update the Slider Revolution to version 5.2.4.1. Now some other problems occured that tI do not know how to solve:

After updating the plugin I got an 500 Internal Server Error. Looking it up on the Internet I found a possible solution – might be that the memory volume was too small – hence I added an php.ini to the wp-admin saying memory=64MB. After that it seemed to work out fine.

After having added another new slider and wanted to add it to a portfolio item once again the 500 Internal Server Error came up, as well as a note in the Slider Revolution: Before the update the system requirements were OK, now I get the warning, that the currently max. filesize is 2 MB (min. 32MB) and the max. postsize is 8 MB (min. 32 MB).

So once again – I´m stuck. Do you have a solution for this problem?

just checked as recommended. According to Host PHP Info the settings are:

PHP Version: 5.6.20 max_execution_time: 50000 memory_limit: 256 M post_max_size: 64 M upload_max_filesize: 64 M

According to the Slider Revolution the upload_max_filesize is 2 M and the max. post size is 8M. So I am not able to work with the Slider Revolution anymore.

Is there a solution for that issue?

As recommended I have updated Valium to version 11.8.9.1, as well as all the plugins. The Slider Revolution is version 5.2.5. But it still says, that the max_upload_filisize is 2 M and the max post size is 8M. So, still the same problem as before…

I am afraid it is not working Ylli, I added both code but it’s still showing the band on desktop. I also tried to add just the last one, but no luck, plus, this is preventing the thin white line on the footer to show. I guess i’m going to take it with the band on mobile, no big deal, really. I’ll try and be as accurate as possible.

This is the site on Safari, on a Mac:

but this is how it shows on my iPhone 6 plus:

As you can see, there is a white gab between the wrapper and the footer. I suspect it is the background of the theme showing, not sure though.

When you put the code you provide me, the reverse happens! Everything is good on mobile but the band will now show on desktop.
