Hi there, I’m having some trouble with Page Builder. Initially it worked fine, but as of today I can’t use it to edit any content. The content shows up fine on the front end, but the various sections show a blank white screen in Page Builder. The Visual section can’t be edited at all, and if I add anything to the Text section, it wipes what was there originally. Even restoring the page doesn’t restore that content. This is obviously making website setup very difficult. I have Page Builder enabled, and the site/pages are brand new, just setting everything up now. How can I get Page Builder to work the way it’s supposed to and what went wrong? Please respond ASAP, as this is time-sensitive. Thanks.

hello, great theme, I noticed an issue. On the home page, all the dropdown menu’s work fine, but on a sub page, the drop down menus seem to be disabled or dont load. When I want to edit the content, using the site builder, it does not show me the content but is left blank.

I purchased SoulMedic on the selling point hat it had 20 predefined skins and an easy style switcher with unlimited colours. That was great because I wanted to match the skin to the shade of blue in my logo instead of the predefined ‘blue’ skin colour. How do I change this? I purchased SoulMedic with 12 months support so i’m assuming you can help me, although please note this has not been an easy process to find out how to get in contact with the support I have already paid for … feedback it should be a lot easier for me to get in contact with you. Another selling point is that you have amazing customer support. I’d really like to see this.

You can create or change your own custom skin into this Soulmedic theme easily as following,
(i). Get into the skins folder from your theme directory, where we’ve added 20 folders with their skin names.
(ii). Just copy and paste any of them, and then rename it with the new skin name you’re about to be added.
(iii). Then you’ll be needed to edit the “style.css” of new custom skin you’ve replicated. (Just like the images, color, background and border color hex codes with your new custom skin color as needed).
(iv). Now you can find you new custom skin folder (created) on your Buddha Panel skin settings. So you can choose your custom skin and save changes.

I have tried doing that to the css files that I have on my computer but it doesn’t upload to the wordpress website. Plus I have tried to edit the copied css file and it won’t let me make any modifications in the copied folder … it’s like it’s locked. How do I unlock it?

Hi, I was wanting to show the social icons in the footer, not the header. There doesn’t seem to be a widget to can do that … could you please send me a shortcode to do a ‘Follow Us’ widget that contains the social icons with links.
Also, in the Live Demo footer the ‘Recent Blog’ widget has the blog post, plus thumbnail photo and date, however this widget option isn’t contained in the theme supplied. Could you please send me the shortcode for how to do the live demo ‘recent blog’ footer widget as it appears.
One last thing …. while the site is under construction the ‘404’ page appears. In the page title it says Home: Lost. Could you please let me know which folder and file I need to get into to modify that page title … we would prefer it to read Home: Under Construction.
This is definitely the last question today … what is the maximum picture/pixel size (height and width) for the header logo. The jpg I’m inserting seems to get shrunk each time I upload it. How can i fix this? Can I change the header logo size in the code? If so, how?

The response you have sent through does not contain the answer to question asked: (1) Social links in footer refers to how to put the Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ etc icons and links in a footer widget rather than have them as a header . You have just supplied how to create a link to another website, which the code is only correct for the first link not subsequent links. I have been trying to change the font size through the Buddha Panel under “Appearance’. I have changed the body font size, all the header font sizes and saved the changes but when I go to view the page, the font sizes are never changed. What do I need to do to change the font sizes across the site and across all content types (ie body, headers, blockquotes etc). If I need to go into the CSS file which file is it in the C-Panel?

(1) Your solution for the social icon & links in a text footer widget nearly works. The icons appear but all have an arrow box in the top left hand corner of each social icon that appears. (a) How do I get them to appear normally without with arrows? (b) What is the correct way to write the social ink in the buddha panel? Is it # then your link or just write your link, no # ?
(2) Wrt to font size changes, I want to increase the font size for every type of section. I thought the Buddha Panel allowed you to do that??? This site is being used by clients 70+ so font size for the whole site needs to be larger than normal. (a) Can this be achieved through the Buddha panel? It doesn’t appear to from what I’ve tried as text is in all different layouts (icon boxes, accordian, blockquotes etc). (b) If I have to change through a CSS file, please advise which specific file(s) need to be modified.

Hey. I’ve been trying to change the soulmedic logo every since I first purchased this theme and it wont change. Even when I upload the correct image into the logo section, the soulmedic image still appears, and when I used my inspect element feature, it shows the soulmedic image on top of the image i upload. Ive made no changes to the them. This is just how it is acting. I know my support has expired, but this is like super basic theme malfunction.

In the below shortcode, you just need to change the path of the image. Just upload the image in media section in the dashboard and get the image url and replace it in the below shortcode. Make sure the image size is 300×300.
