Hello. How can I change the “navigate to…” text when I see my web on mobile version?
Hi Jesus
For all future questions we kindly ask you respect our guidelines and register at the support forum:
http://kaptinlin.com/supportand post a thread with your request – only your envato name and purchase license number are required to register, and the forum is monitored actively for questions. Actually this question has been answered on the forum before and could be found by a search, as well, it is in the documentation.
In the Striking MultiFlex Advance Panel settings is a tab Responsive & Header / Navigation Viewport Options and you will see in this tab many settings for controlling header and mobile navigation.
One of the settings Customize the Mobile Menu Navigation Text allows you to insert any text you desire in place of the “navigate to” default mobile navigation text.

Hi Gulie
Sorry, we did not see your question – we monitor support forum daily and ask all users to post questions at support forum, not here at ThemeForest.
We checked your site and in our browsers checked (FF, Chrome and IE) the slider was displaying fine. Here is a screenshot of the site as we see it in our browsers:
If you still have issues, please go to the support forum (as we recommend in all our documentation for obtaining the quickest and most comprehensive help). The link to the support forum:
all you need is your envato username, email and license code to register. Takes 15 seconds tops! :))

Hello, I installed the demo content, the problem that the content is rubbish, the menu is deffirent and everything, please help
Hi
Did you read the Demo Content Options Help File found in the demo content folder of the theme download package? We ship the theme with 2 demo content options, a short version and a long version and all the options were explained in the help file.
I do not know what you mean by it is “rubbish”. Both use dummy lipsum for the text. The short demo content is about 80ps, and the long form version about 115 pgs.
Should you require any assistance with installing demo content please go to our dedicated theme support forum at:
Stirking MultiFlex Support Forum
and a support service representative will respond to your query. No personal information is required to register, only your purchase id and an email. Please use the same name as your themeforest id.

Sorry for using such a strong word, the problem is that the menu is not organized, I used the install demo data from theme options and original theme content from the theme options, and my website is local for now.
Hi
This is a wordpress “thing”. What is happening is that you don’t realize you have to activate the WP Custom Menu function, so you are seeing all the menu items appearing in a disorganized fashion.
Please go to the Striking MultiFlex General Panel/Navigation tab. One of the settings is to turn on Custom Menu. Toggle that to “ON” and then save.
Next go to Appearance/Menu in the dashboard menu, and you have to assign the main navigation and footer custom menus. You will see the settings to do this.
You can go to our online documentation Striking Online Documentation and view the Header & Navigation Options document which explains all the menu options (pg 3 and 4 of the pdf).
Once you activate the custom menu and assign the 2 custom menus we have created it will all appear correct.
Please, if you need any other assistance we ask you register at the support forum and post a question. We answered here as you are a new user and a wp beginner and we want you to get on your way to a successful website. But this matter has been answered on the support forum previously and a search of the forum would have given you the answer.
If the above resolved your menu layout, please reply here that it is fixed so we know the matter is closed successfully.

Hi, How can I active RTL feature in this theme ?
Hi
If you install wordpress and activate a rtl language the rtl is activated by wordpress and the theme will act on that. You cant activate rtl mode. Its determined by the language settings in the general wordpress settings.
If you have any further questions please goto our support fiorum http://kaptinlin.com/support and create a user account with your purchase key.
Best regards,
Striking Team
As well, if you wish to have more then one language of which one is rtl, then you need to use a language plugin -> again that is the way WordPress works.
We strongly recommend WPML for a multilanguage site – it is the best supported and most feature filled wordpress language plugin, and besides the fact Striking MultiFlex fully supports and is compatible with WPML since 2010, we also have some special features for it such as an option to show the WPML flags in the header by way of a theme setting.
We have attempted to maintain compatibility with qtranslate as well, but not many of our users have it installed anymore and we do not have any recent feedback about it.

Hello, I am interested in purchasing your theme but I have a question about the theme options for a multisite setup. Does your theme have ‘global’ theme options. For example if i wanted to change an option of the theme like the layout would I be able to change an option and it would be applied to all sites in the multisite or are the options only for each theme.
Hi
An interesting concept. No, it does not. In fact we have never heard of any multisite compatible theme having such a feature, although in principle it could be done.
We are a fully multisite compatible theme, but we have not built any special settings to enable a function to parse across all multisites. In part its due to demand. Since the time we launched Striking (now almost 6 yrs ago) we thought being multisite would be a big thing. But in all that time, I don’t think we have had more then 5-10 questions on multisite abilities from our userbase.
Thank you for your interest in our theme.

Hello, I’m looking for a nice theme with RTL Support, but I can’t find a sample in the demo. Can you put a RTL page for the customers?
Hi
Even better, we will post back on Monday with some websites that are built RTL, just have to dig through notes to find them! I thought we had some rtl sites in the site list, but I think we removed them as they were pretty basic, even for DIY websites.
Hebrew or Arabic?
We are 100% RTL, in fact we have very indepth css for RTL, even fixing some basic wp flaws in the editor. Every theme function and shortcode has been tested for rtl compliance. None of our team speak an rtl language which is why we have not done a nice rtl demo, and we find the demos done with lipsum for RTL not very attractive.

Hello Kaptinlin,
3 questions
Can I add image + text link in the top menu ? In portfolio page list, can I add a text excerpt (of each project) ? Can I display easily WPML flags ?
Best Regards
HI Carlitos
Thank you for inquiring about Striking MultiFlex.
1) Can I add image + text link in the top menu?
Our menu items both top level and sub-level support font awesome icons, and top level support sub-titles. Any other content such as jpg/png images and hyperlink text would require you add a mega menu plugin.
2) In portfolio page list, can I add a text excerpt (of each project?
Our portfolio items have the except field. The excerpts in wp are custom content for use in lists, and our excerpt field supports both html, and shortcodes so our excerpt field is very full featured. Of course on the post single webpage a portfolio item supports the main editor content, not the excerpt content, which is how wp is structured.
We also support showing a different image in the portfolio list vs the portfolio single post page, disabling the featured image on the single post page (you just insert others in the post body content), and many more options.
3) Can I display easily WPML flags?
Yes, actually we have an easy setting for displaying the wpml flags in our Top Header Widget area. We have a setting and you can simply toggle on the flags, and they appear.

I’d love it if the “strikingr – Flickr” widget would open images in a new window rather than the same window… is there a plan to change that behavior? Or at least to give us the option of where it opens?
Hi DesignbyJA
That is an interesting idea. Can you please post a thread at the support forum? One of the support team members will assist and take a look at the code for you on this.

it doesnt seem to be installing the demo files. i tried with http://trafficmamma.com but no luck. i even trired ftp but still nothing. what do i do?
Hi:
Did you review the Demo Content Options Hel[ text file found in the demo content folder of the theme download package? It is part of the package you downloaded from ThemeForest.
It provides suggestions (use the WP Importer plugin to install one of the 2 demo packages also found in that folder) in case you are not able to use the built in installer.
Should you have any further questions on this matter please register and post at our support forum. The Read Me text document that is also in that package indicates that is where provide support (not here!).

This is by FAR one of the BEST Themes ever Created on EARTH! I have been with this theme Since 2011. It stepped our game up. It helped me keep Developer cost down and I learned a LOT using it! Kudos to the Striking team! Keep up the AWESOME WORK!!!

The Striking Theme team is the best. I am only a moderately skilled user, but I have created and maintained three websites using this theme that many tell me are better than ones they paid thousands of dollars for. It is a very powerful theme, easy to use, and the support is top notch. They provide updates and new features regularly, they respond quickly to comments, and they provide instructions when it is OK to update Wordpress versions or the theme, for example, so you won’t get into problems. Picking this theme is one of the best decisions I ever made. It makes me look much better than I am as a website developer. If anyone needs a versatile and powerful theme that can be used to create a variety of sites, with good support, I strongly recommend Striking Multiflex.
Hi Mark
Thank you for your kind comments and your repeat business of Striking MultiFlex. You should post your urls so that everyone can admire your work. Its easy for developers to create super duper fancy websites that bedazzle, but that is not any indication of how a normal non-developer / designer will fair in the same task. That is why we post links on the Item Details page of websites built by real uses like you, as it is proof that it can be capably and competently done by DIY owners.

I’ve been using the Striking Theme for a number of years now for my very best client, and everything about it has been perfect all this time. Feature-laden more than most, the team behind it has worked hard to make it one of a few themes that has truly stood the test of time as well as the changes in WordPress requirements through the years. Support has also always been second to none, and the team and its products come highly recommended by me.

Hi Jan

We have just passed our 5 year anniversary for using the Striking theme and it is still the most robust, easy to use, plugin compatible wordpress theme I have used. The support is outstanding but the coding is even better. Why? Because I have not had to contact support for the last 2 years! Every update has gone through without a single problem! You can try other themes but nothing compares to Striking, and if you need proof then checkout our site at http://professionalcvexperts.co.uk
Thanks guys!
Hi Soultraders!
Thank you for the kind words and observations about our Striking theme. We have thousands of user who have been with the theme since early days, and we love hearing about how through all the ins and outs of Wordpress in that time, we have been able to consistently support their efforts to display their message to the world via the net on a high quality basis.
You have done a great job with your site – I see more features of the theme utilized then is typical of the average users. Its impossible for any site to use more then a fraction of the theme’s abiliites in one site, but you guys did a pretty good job at trying!
Can we add your site to our list of reference sites built by independent customers which we include in main page here at ThemeForest for the theme?

Yep, and we answered already!
We added just a moment ago a new export of the demo content to our reply to you in the forum – silly me, I had on my list for the new build to include a new export as the current one is from the 4 series of the Rev Slider, and does not import well into the new 5 series of the Rev Slider, and I forgot! Ouchy, me bad…...
Anyways, there is a new update of the Rev Slider just released, so I think we will do another theme release in the next couple of days with the new Rev Slider build, updated Rev Slider custom import content, and a change to our woo specific css for our ecommerce users.

Hi Ladies
Please contact me on skype. Thanks James from the Striking Team
I followed the theme install instructions at: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510?_ga=1.265105103.1504466339.1459961711
I have been doing this sort of stuff for years. But I still get the error that a theme stylesheet is missing. Also, I am trying to sign up for SUpport at your support site and when I hit submit to sign up, it gives me an error “This site can’t be reached
kaptinlin.com refused to connect.”
So what do I do to get support now. FTP is not an option for my client site as they do not want to give me ftp access. So I have to use the upload theme option in the WordPress panel. That is the option #1 from https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510?_ga=1.265105103.1504466339.1459961711
Thanks.
HI Mitodi
1) If you are getting the message the themestyle sheet is missing, then you are most likely uploading incorrectly.
This error typically happens when someone tries to upload the whole zip they downloaded from their themeforest account.
When you download the theme package “themeforest-128763-striking-multiflex-ecommerce-responsive-wp-theme” to your local machine this has in turn to be unpacked. In it are a number of folders, text docs and 2 other zips. One of those zips is “striking_r.zip” and it is only that striking_r.zip” you should be uploading by the theme install panel.
I can advise you the theme zip was tested independently just in the last 24 hrs by Envato as we just had an update approved, and uploading and installing the theme zip is one of the tests for every approval.
There is another reason you could be experiencing this error. Some hosts do not provide enough overhead memory, or hosting space, or have a limit on size of uploads, in order for the theme zip to unpack properly. This is particularly an issue on free and cheap hosting packages. The zip itself is 17.4 MB, and to upload and process the install with WP already active you need almost 3x that amount of memory headroom. And to be able to upload a file that size.
So if you are uploading the correct zip, then the issue lies elsewhere. Of course you can easily inspect the striking_r.zip using your zip program, and confirm that the style.css file is in your theme package. I don’t know why it would be missing unless one has a corrupted download, but while that is unlikely, it is not impossible.
2) Your issue with the support forum is puzzling. We will test the forum registration – I see new users registered but none in the last 2 days.
Please be advised you can email us: support @ striking support . com (without all the spaces which are to deter spambots) and if you provide your skype id in the email, we will skype you – yes we provide live skype support when needed! Also let us know what part of the world you are in, we might have a 12 hr time diff and that is impt to know in terms of contacting each other.
If you email, please indicate here you sent an email to us so we know to check it. Normally we dont use email much as we have the forum, and skype (ie we are real time in support typically).
Sorry you are having these issues but I strongly suspect they are not theme related. But we will do what we can to assist you.

Thank you for your reply. What is the url for support? That way I can try again. I must be having server/isp issues today for these errors to occur. I still have some Rev. Slider issues I want to write to you about in the proper support forum. The url I used was: http://kaptinlin.com/support/
I just ftp’d your theme(and child) and got it to work on my personal server, but I hope I can get it on my client’s server at site launch via the WordPress upload theme option. I did unzip the themeforest files correctly – so your option #1 was not the issue. I have been installing themes for many years.
I finally registered. Like I said, it must have been my isp earlier. Thanks for the post. Anyhow, I just submitted my other issue with Revolution Slider on the home page. I will just continue my support questions there.
Just a note for anyone reading that Mitiodi38 succeeded in registering at the forum, uploading the theme, and we answered his Rev Slider question as well. All his questions were answered in a timely manner (a short time after he posted on the forum).
None of his issues were theme related in the end. He apparently had isp/connection issues, and his rev slider question was in respect of a fundemental aspect of that plugin’s usage, and was answered successfully.
