Hey Qode-Team! I really like working with Bridge! Already used it for several projects! A question for my actual project: I inserted the element “image hover” for switching an image. When I insert a anchor-link to an anchor-id (had to use row ID, other didnt work) the browser is instantly hopping to the anchor ID. Here the smooth-scrolling doesn’t take effect. Is there a simple way to achieve smooth-scrolling on these links? Thanks!

In order for using smooth anchoring, you need to assign Anchor ID to the row element that is holding the section you want to be targeted http://screencast.com/t/OxgUnIEf1j
And then, if you create this link somewhere on your site, you need to add it a class=”anchor”
And if you want to target it from menu item, in your menu you should add a Custom link with the full URL to a specific page and with the desired navigation label. E.g. http://www.example.com/some-page/#anchor

Try to upload your logo image in all fields in Qode Options -> Logo , instead of our demo logo.
And also, if you’re using some slider you got from demo importing, make sure to change slide photos with your owns.
It should be all fine then.

I want columns to be equal height but there is no check box (Equal Height – If checked columns will be set to equal height) in the row settings. For example, if I have 1 column with more text in than the others I want the other columns to be equal with a background colour. Please help

This option was removed yes, because we have included our element called Qode Elements Holder, to have the equal height columns.
So use that one for this purpose.

After it, update VC plugin:
1. Please make sure main theme is activated while performing other steps
2. Go to Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, locate Visual Composer in the list, deactivate it and delete it
3. You will see message that required plugin is missing at the top of your WordPress Dashboard
4. Install the plugin and then activate it
and clear browser cache after it.
All should be perfectly fine with new WP then.

Unfortunately, there’s no direct option for changing this behavior. If you don’t like this way, you can disable Ajax page transitions in Qode Options -> General, by settings Page Transition to No Animation.
Then you will have regular page reload without this effect.

In Appearance -> Widgets -> Footer Bottom Center, you should see the shortcodes for your social icons, and each shortcode accepts font-size attribute that you can change of course.
Other way for increment would be with some css, if you find that easier, submit a ticket to https://qode.ticksy.com , with a link to your site, and we will write you the css for this.

We have the bridge theme and the header is the same on all of our pages except the category pages. Why is it different and how do we make the header the same on the category pages?

Category pages use default Header from Qode Options -> Header (those are archive pages).
Make sure to set the same settings there like you have for your individual pages (background color, opacity, header skin…)

You can of course add Text Block element before Image gallery element when creating your content, to have some text above gallery.
Also, we’ve added Image With Text Over element into Visual Composer, that you could use for this.
