Parts in our site are not working like logo is not showing, mobile menu not working, etc. We investigated and a saw JS error “SyntaxError: unterminated regular expression literal /” which is this file: js/default.min.js?ver=4.5 .

Please update your theme first to the latest version by following instructions from below: http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/After it, update VC plugin, here are the steps:
1. Please make sure main theme is activated while performing other steps
2. Go to Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, locate Visual Composer in the list, deactivate it and delete it
3. You will see message that required plugin is missing at the top of your WordPress Dashboard
4. Install the plugin and then activate it
Please, make sure your browser cache is cleared after. Then all should be working well again!

The height of the logo is calculated in relation to the height of the header, in order to make sure the logo always fits inside the header, so to make your logo larger you should go to Qode Options > Header > Header height, and in the “Initial” field add the desired height for your header, and this will also make your logo larger.
Or, you could add this css in Qode Options -> General -> Custom CSS field, and just specify the height you want for your logo:
.q_logo a { height: 100px!important; }

Such a great theme, but curious as to how I can reduce the height of my slider. I would like the background image to be at 540 pixels, but the theme is stretching the image right to the fold. Can I change this? If so, where? Thanks much for the help!

You could adjust the Qode Slider height in the shortcode you used to add the slider to your page. Go to the back end of page your slider is on and in the “Layer Slider or Qode Slider Shortcode” field edit the height attribute of your shortcode. For example, if you want the slider to be 540px high, the shortcode would look like this: http://screencast.com/t/xlToaP9haQode
my logo is not showing up in bridge theme. in the css style editor, i set the logo a to be visible, but still no go. I also reloaded a different logo. the url is http://www.edwingouldfoundation.org/.

You are still using 9.1 version of our theme and VC on your installation is 4.11.1.
Please, try again to follow instructions we previously provided for updating Bridge theme to latest 9.1.3 and VC to 4.11.2.1 version.
With both updated, and clearing your cache, everything should work back fine.

hello, i have updated to the latest theme and all is well. however, when i load the child theme and switch to that , my logo again disappears. is there anything else i forgot to do? thank you.

Have you updated included Visual Composer to 4.11.2.1 as well? And make sure to clear browser cache when you activate child theme as well.
It should be all fine then, there should be no issues with child theme (it’s actually the pure main theme with just different templates that you’ve changed)
If the problem is still on, please open a private ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com , with a link to your site and WP admin access, and we’ll take a closer look at this.

You can set the transparency of the header in Qode Options > Header > Header Transparency. You should also check that some other value for the header transparency is not set on the page itself. You can do this by going to the page in question from the back end and checking that you don’t have some value set under Qode Header > Initial Header Transparency.

I am having an issue with visual composer not working properly despite having the latest verstions of Bridge (Version: 9.1.3), Wordpress ( 4.5.1) and Visual Composer (Version 4.9.2).
If I create a new page I can see visual composer and click on “Add Element”... but if I click on “Add row” or any other element… nothing happens. f I try edit an existing pages… visual composer just spins and spins… never opens so I can make edits.

?Hello, there is a problem from long time ago. I love your theme very much but it has a problem with modal pop-ups when im using so plugins from CodeCanyon.

On a practice when i press LOGIN a link address just changes to “www.site.com/#pafl_modal_login”? or something like that and nothing more is going on. Sometimes is has a glitches.
It is really sad fact. You wrote somewhere “Try to disable ajax animation in global options?” @ https://qode.ticksy.com/ticket/179356? (almost the same thing with another plugin). But the problem is there.

Hi! There’s any way to make the full-screen section navigation to change the color to match the section background color? Just like the header!
I need the navigation light for black backgrounds and dark for white backgrounds.

I have imported bridge landing page from WP admin,but it’s not the new demo too.

Hey Qode-Team! I really like working with Bridge! Already used it for several projects! A question for my actual project: I inserted the element “image hover” for switching an image. When I insert a anchor-link to an anchor-id (had to use row ID, other didnt work) the browser is instantly hopping to the anchor ID. Here the smooth-scrolling doesn’t take effect. Is there a simple way to achieve smooth-scrolling on these links? Thanks!

In order for using smooth anchoring, you need to assign Anchor ID to the row element that is holding the section you want to be targeted http://screencast.com/t/OxgUnIEf1j
And then, if you create this link somewhere on your site, you need to add it a class=”anchor”
And if you want to target it from menu item, in your menu you should add a Custom link with the full URL to a specific page and with the desired navigation label. E.g. http://www.example.com/some-page/#anchor
