I purchased the original Porto theme – why was it taken off of the Marketplace?

The original Porto wordpress theme was removed permanently due to lack customer service, and this is completely new different with old one. You should contact the author Spyropress to get support for previous version.

Since the recent update this month (April 22, 2016), master slide plugin is conflicting with theme. when i activate it , i can not get WordPress dashboard

How can i turn off the slider on Home Version 25?

I know that the support has expired . But these ores problem is how I support and has never been solved . The problem does not depend on me , but a bug in Owl Carousel . You can at least tell me what to change in order to do it ?

Since the recent update this month (April 22, 2016) the Post Grid is not working. the Narrow data source is not pulling from the data source. For example I have selected “Post” on the date source and when I type to narrow my source I will not read the POST I have previously published. It only picks up “Tags” not post. and when you try to delete old tags it won’t delete/remove

Hi, Could you please help me.

1. After assign the filter at widget admin, I navigate to category page, the price filter is not showing up. But if I click one of the product tags, then it will create a display product page with price filter, which working well.

I have tried to deactive and activate the YITH plugin, but the the price filter is still not showing up in the category page.

2. Any guidance in creating colour filter ? I have tried to run though the other thread about this topic, but no such a structured explaination found.

Is their a way to use a different icon set besides font awesome for the menu? They’re very limited for an ecommerce style site.

I have just purchased your template and am interested in developing a website using this template, but would like to develop the website on my wordpress account and once completed, I would like to port this over to my clients wordpress account. Can I do this? Or do I have to develop the template using their worpdress account? If so, can I do so without it effecting their current website until I am ready to activate the newly developed site?

Thanks for your reply! I’m probably being thick, but I have tried to remove pages from within the menu editor, but when I click save menu, it says I do not have permission to do so? I have installed your demo template and am now trying to edit it… the first thing being to edit the menu.
