I am Getting 404 in wp-admin area when trying to create page, post or modify menu or change the home page—- What Can I do?
First of all please check Optimal Server Requirements For Theme:
• Server Type: Linux with cPanel ( Bluehost hosting Recommended ) • PHP version = 5.4 or greater • Apache = 2.2 or greater • MySQL = 5.5 or greater • PHP Memory Limit = 256mb • PHP max_execution_time = 600 seconds • mod_rewrite Apache module = Enabled If you are installing through WordPress Theme section, make sure your PHP Upload File Size limit is 40MB, since the theme .zip file is around 40MB
Please make sure all above settings are correct on your server, before complaining about theme issues. You can contact your web hosting company.

we are trying to translate a site with wpml, but we are having trouble figuring out how to use it with porto to translate the information contained in “Menu Custom Content”, in “Welcome Message” and in “Contact Info”, because the fields for these texts are under theme options.
How can we translate this information separately?

I just wanted to let you know that a plugin called WooThumbs – Awesome Product Imagery works perfectly with Porto for showing multiple variation images and changing the image group when a specific variation item is selected. WooCommerce Additional Variation Images was not compatible with Porto and I could not get it to work with their support. Something to keep in mind if anyone else asks about this feature or reads this post. Best part is WooThumbs is significantly less expensive in the Envato Marketplace.

On the account page , the client needs to create an account, and here comes the problem , ,
They complain that the password need to be too hard to remember, because they had to put simbols like @! $#% and yet the password keeps doing the same error ” password too weak” .. i would like to let then put any password ..

1. There is no error we have found in the login page while creating the account. The strong password is recommended by Woocommerce default functionality to secure your data. You can create the strong password without theses special characters”@! $#%”. If you want to set the easy password you can set it there is no error.
2. You can not edit my account page fields. This page is using the default Woocommerce my account shortcode.

We recently update Wordpress to the latest version and also updated the Porto theme to latest version. After that, the image on a Woocommerce product page is not visible (it sizes the images to 0×0 pixels). Another issue is that the related products are not displayed anymore. Can you help us out? Regarding variation images I understand that currently you can set one image per variation and the main image will change to the variable product image when selected. I’ve tried numerous plugins that allow you to add multiple product variation images for each variable product, then show that group of images when the specific variation product is selected. Unfortunately none of these have worked with Porto. I suspect this is due to a WooCommerce template override by Porto but I can’t identify which one is causing the problem. Others have suggested it may be related to a Lightbox override. Is there a way to disable Porto’s Lightbox? Also rather than having an image thumbnail slider is there a way to show all the images below the main product image? I feel it’s easier for a customer to find a product that way vs having to slide through the thumbnails.

we have an eCommerce website however i am having problem setting up our checkout. we are using PayFort as our gateway for Credit/Debit Card payment and we are having problem on integrating their plugin. we consulted the Payfort support and let them access our account and said that the problem is in the theme. here is what they said.
“if you inspect the elements during the checkout , you will find before the user get redirected to PayFort , a JS error displayed from your theme.”

Hello… This theme is NOT supported in Internet Explorer(all versions) with google fonts.
I am trying for one week to tackle this with support and everybody ignore me.
They are saying it`s IE faults… But guess what.. i have almost 10 other themes that everything there work as charm…
Please solve this issue or update that you are not going to support IE

Master Slider is not compatible with YITH WOOCOMMERCE CART MESSAGES. Any suggestions for a plugin that could enter messages in the cart that does work with Porto and Master Slider?

I tried contacting your support because the WooCommerce Additional Variation Images plugin was not working with Porto. I was told it was a problem with the plugin. I contacted WooThemes support who said it was a problem with Porto. Can someone please figure out why these two don’t work together or recommend another plugin that can show multiple variation images and only the selected variation images when a user chooses that variation. I feel like this is an essential thing every eCommerce store should have.
