Do u mean to say you guys will not extend any support irrespective of the magnitude of the issue unless the extended support is renewed? If that is the case let me look for some other theme.
Hello, just to let you know, theme support is valid for 6 months with every theme purchase, meaning each time you purchase a theme from us you have access to 6 months free support. We, however, do not offer unlimited support and updates as this is not a sustainable business practice.
If you purchase a plugin from let’s say the company “Gravity Forms” you will be given 1-year plugin updates and theme support, as soon as that 1 year ends you will need to renew your license or purchase another copy of the plugin. We follow this same business model as we wish to be around in the years to come to keep creating themes and plugins and provide great support.

Also, to add to what Fernando said, you will still be eligible for lifetime theme updates via Themeforest.net. This means that if there is an issue with the theme, you can rest assured we will find it and release an update if necessary.
If the issue is not resolved in the updates, it means that it’s most likely an issue with your site.

Answer: You can use the WPML plugin but we recommend using Polylang to create a multilingual website. Our Listify Theme does support RTL.
In case some words do not change you can use the SayWhat plugin to alter these words. You can read further here:Question: Do you have a logging info for the demo to check the theme function?
Answer: We do not have log in information at this time for users to access our demo site. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Answer: Sorry I am not sure what you mean by changes with the results? The map is altered depending on what is being searched. It will always be moved to a specific location when searching by region. If you could specify your question, I can answer it better.

Answer:At this time I do not know of any agent plugins that are compatible and supported with Listify. You can still try using one, but we can’t guarantee it’s compatibility.

1. Unfortunately, the results on the map are directly linked to the results displaying on the page. So the map results only change when the results on the page change.
2. All submissions (listings) are submitted from the front end by the customer.
3. Yes, you can make certain packages have more features (like cover image) and also make certain packages featured (stay at top of results).

Hi, I tried to renew support and keep going around in circles trying to find where to pay etc, I have two listify sites both have the same problem that the drop down menu and the tags as well do not view alphabetically and yet the regions and cats from the search fields view correctly. Lindsay

Hi Fernando, Please read your own advice as you do not make sense! Second paragraph.
I tried the first part of your suggestion only to end up once again at exactly the same page again, http://themeforest.net/item/listify-wordpress-directory-theme/9602611And every other page does not show where to actually extend or pay for support.
I am starting to think that I have invested too much time and money in your product, Your support and trying to contact you for information is a minefield,
I have logged into Themeforest & Envato to end up back at the same pages again and again after an hour trying to find the area where I actually pay for support!
Also the time it takes you to actually Read & answer this, you may as well just answer what the problem is, that BOTH WEB SITES ARE HAVING. When viewing on MOBILE devices or minimizing a browser, the drop down menu and the tags do not show alphabetically, and yet the regions and categories in the search boxes do.
I contacted support ages ago to fix this to no avail and was also told at the time that I did not have support available at the time, that was also incorrect as I had just purchased the 2 products at that time and since then have also purchased as a developer, WP Job Manager – Tags. I initially thought it was a problem between the Parent and Child theme.
Please just send me a bill for the amount and a direct link and show me where it says pay here please.

Rashid, for starters on the download page there is no wording that says extend, It does say “RENEW SUPPORT NOW” and when you click it you end up at http://themeforest.net/item/listify-wordpress-directory-theme/9602611 Then you once again proceed to go around in circles! & How about also making your email that you send to me a return contact email so that I can actually send you a desktop pic as you requested, not a NO REPLY As you cannot obviously paste it here! I am really getting annoyed with the lack of support for such a simple question. I seem to be helping you fix your problem of not being able to resign up for support or do you not know how to fix the problem i previously mentioned and you in particular where the first person I spoke with regarding the issue with the LISTIFY theme.

B. Or do you have any better ideas or suggestions to get me pointed in the right direction.

B. If not how hard would it be to modify the theme to do this? Maybe you could give me an estimate of programmable hours – major or minor or in-between.

Answer: Users can definitely post blogs using the User Submitted Posts Plugin. When doing so the posts will be shown on their profile page like this example: https://demo.astoundify.com/listify/author/appthemer/

Answer: There is no limit to the number of bookmarks a user can make. As you can see it does show in the demo there are more than 6 bookmarks. This does look like a bug. I have logged it to have this resolved. We will look into that and issue a quick fix/update for this.

Answer: Unfortunately, this would require customization done to the theme. You can have a look at these articles on how to limit the file size limit.
Anything other than that would require further customization. Unfortunately, we just don’t have the resources to offer custom work right now. However, we are partnered with and highly recommend WP Curve, Envato Studio or Codeable If you need help customizing your theme.

Hey guys. First of all I would like to say that your theme is great and I like it a lot. I bought the licence, unfortunately my support expired. But I do have one question. Is it possible to make the Image Grid with Taxonomy: Listings Categories all the same sizes? Currently the page is showing 6 terms and instead of them being all the same size, some of them are wider. I want to make them all the same size because I am using custom images with icons and I dont want the icons to get stretched on that wider images.

Hi guys! I’m in the process of launching my own site with the listify theme so it’s very exciting times here. I have one issue though, if you check this link http://motionfly.com/listing/400-city-road-a-z-furniture/ You’ll notice that the thumbnail gallery images are extremely zoomed in, and then when you actually click the image, you’ll see the normal size of it. Is there any way I can change the thumbnail size to make the whole image fit in? Or if you have any other solutions please suggest them. Thanks so much!

You can manage the Listing Gallery when you are in the backend editing the Listing. You can go under Listing Gallery and select Manage galleries. This way you can make changes to the appearance. You also have a choice between two gallery widgets that you can use under “Customizer>Widgets”.

Hope you are doing well! You would be able to edit text fields using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin. You can set a limit on the number of characters with it.

Answer:Out of the box, Listify is a directory theme so you will need to do some custom work in order to make it work like a classifieds website. Of course, this also depends on the details of exactly how you would like to make your classifieds website as there are several similarities between a classifieds website and a directory website. Check out our demo if you have not yet.
You can Create Listing Package to demonstrate in the homepage prices for posting/listing on your website.

What type of system gets integrated in the business? For example if I sign-up a hotel, they will use my booking system for all their bookings (even if they are not made through the website) so that the users that access the website can see up-to-date data?

Answer: At the moment, we do not have an internal messaging system and we also haven’t tested any third party plugins to enable this. You can try integrating this plugin, but at this time, we have not tested ourselves to be able to recommend.
Question: 2, how to make contact us or inquiry or best buy form on behalf of listing owner page.
Answer:You can create a form using GravityForms, NinjaForms, Contact Form 7 etc, then add a text widget with the contact shortcode place in the text widget, the contact form will display on all listings and then the listing owner will be sent the messages.
You can also use the WP Job Manager - Stats plugin to get stats for your listings.
The only way to purchase the theme is going through the checkout process Envato has setup.
