Hi there, I’m trying to import the interior design demo, however, when imported, the Qode slider is full width and not in the grid like the demo. How do I achieve this?

That specific demo http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge71/ uses Qode Slider, which is always full width by default, can’t go in grid.
We have just activated Passepartout frame for this demo, that makes this white borders on both sides of the page.
It can be activated in Qode Options -> General -> Passepartout.

Please make sure that you’re using latest version of our Bridge theme – 9.1.3 , and also that you’ve updated Visual Composer to the latest included version, 4.11.2.1
If you don’t have both those, perform the updates please:
theme update: http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/
and clear browser cache upon these updates. It should be all fine then.
It the issue is still on , please submit a ticket to https://qode.ticksy.com , allowing WP admin access to our support team to inspect this and help.

Please make sure you’re using latest version of Bridge theme, 9.1.3 , along with Visual Composer 4.11.2.1 that’s included.
It should be all fine with tabs then, there was a problem in Visual Composer in previous version with this element, but it’s fixed now.

Hello Bridge, my support ran out but I have a problem after updating my theme. Visual composer did not work anymore after last update. As I am running a multi pages wordpress account it did also not accept to update the visual composer. I already purchased VC and tried to install it – it was not accepted. I reinstalled the new bridge.zip after deleting VC – also this did not help.

Make sure please first that you’ve updated to Bridge 9.1.3 – the latest version of our theme.
It comes with Visual Composer 4.11.2.1 included. You can find the zip file for this latest version of Visual Composer inside bridge theme folder/plugins , so try to manually install it.
Or, you can extract that js_composer.zip file for the latest version of VC, and manually upload it to your wp-content/plugins folder on your server.

Hello, I did install the js_composer.zip file already. It works with most of the pages but not with every single one. Especially not with the page that needs to be updated regularly – my concerts. Kathrin

If you have the latest theme version and Visual Composer, it should work fine for all pages. You need to consult our support team for this, and allow them WP admin access, so they can inspect the issue.

Also, try disabling third party plugins you use, to see if some of them is causing this maybe.

You can only use Side Area in combination with top header.

We haven’t officially tested this plugin in Bridge, but you need to disable Smooth Scroll in Qode Options -> General, in order to have Rev Slider work properly within Bridge.

Hello Qode, do you suggest to update wordpress to the latest version (4.5.2) with your latest bridge (9.1.3) and visual composer (4.11.2.1)? I’m currently on wp 4.5.1 and everything works. Hi, I have FOUND A BUG in your theme – I cannot change the colour of the main navigation menu, as a whole the theme seems really glitchy and I suspect there are some coding problems with the wordpress 4.5 updates. Please advise what is being done to rectfiy these issues for your users please.

We’ve tested this, and there are no problems with styling main navigation.
Please make sure you’ve updated the theme and Visual Composer to the latest versions, for the compatibility with new WordPress.
Then, in Qode Options -> Fonts -> Header & Menu, you can style your menu items. Just make sure you didn’t activate some header skin for your header , in that case menu items will be black/white by default.

Yes of course. We’ve used Qode Preview Slider element from Visual Composer for this. That element was added recently , so make sure you have the latest theme version and Visual Composer to be able to use it.
