Hi How do I determine that at the time of loading the waste site that contains the menu is loaded earlier than the rest of the site?

Can you guide me which part of the code in the header and footer am menus to quickly load the header and footer menus and other parts of the site will increase? My main goal is to make the header and menu site earlier than other parts of the site to load. I’m waiting for your advice.

like we told you previously, in reference to Item Support Policy, files customisation are not allowed. So if you want to modify them, you need to do this on your own. For loading are responsible the following files: js/scripts.js, includes/header-top-area.php and functions/theme-head.php files.

Sorry but we can’t unfortunately. Like we wrote above, such customisation are not included. So if you don’t know how to modify theme files and where, you supposed to contact with your developer.
just purchased the theme, installed locally and have all the demo data okay but the Page Builder for new pages is not showing any data at all. Makes it quite difficult to expand on the demos. Is this a known issue?

No, the elements to add the structure on new pages are not loading. We click, New Page > Add Section > Add Item in the Page builder and the popup has 0 options to choose from. It’s like the page builder isn’t able to locate the elements

we do not have any recommended settings because we noticed that many poor hosting services works much better than servers with “better” settings. For all details about limits, we suggest to check Appearance > System Status section where some limits are listed.

Hi There. I have a problem downloading the demo content. I get a message “WordPress function wp_remote_get() test failed. Looks like your server is not fully compatible with WordPress. Contact your hosting provider. Error: connect() timed out!”

Looks like your server does not support wp_remote_get() function which is a default WP function btw. wp_remote_get() uses loopbacks and this could be the reason why you are unable to import complete pre-made layout. So or you will contact with your admin and ask him if he can remove those limits for you or you need to import demo without paying attention to errors and after that import muffin options manually.

Hello on my set i had it set to Under Construction and wordpress did an update and not my site is stuck on Under Construction but not the Under Construction page that i set up it has the countdown timer and the form link on the page and i dont have any of that set up

Hi, Thanks for your reply, I was not aware that my support has been expired, I will have it renewed soon. I think there is a bug in the theme because the slider came there by itself, is there any way to remove the bug because the slider is NOT in the default WP editor. I urgently need to remove that slider as it’s very annoying there.
I was able to remove it by adding a custom CSS but it also removed the middle image in the footer:
Custom CSS:
element.style { } .image_frame {
display: none; }
We understand that you want us to have a look into your dashboard to check what you did wrong and where the slider can be removed, but to do this, you need to extend your support first.

we support Visual Composer plugin of course and it’s also included into theme package. However, we did never tested the 2nd plugin (Intense Shortcode) so we don’t know if it works or not.

you can not do this unfortunately. For the header is responsible javascript which needs to be loaded at the end. This is the reason why you can not determine which files need to be loaded first.

As you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means you did never bought this theme. And because support is for our customers only, we can not help you unfortunately. If your client bought it, tell him to create account on support forum and post your questions there.

My VC not working after update the theme to ver13. Plug in still there but can select any template and other. Can help?

we are pretty sure that Visual Composer does not work because of the latest 4.5 WP version and not theme update. Older versions are simply incompatible with newest WP version and that’s why you need to update your VC plugin. It’s recent version is included into theme package of course. For more details about plugin’s update please take a look at support forum.

Hello, I have a question about the copyright footer.
I know we can edit it by going to Theme options > Footer
However, in this way, the year of the copyright will not be updated automatically, so we have to update it manually every year.
Is there a way to make it update automatically, like adding a code? We tried something like: © <?php echo date(“Y”) ?> and put it in to the Theme options > Footer , but it does not work.
And yes we know we can edit the footer.php, but every time if the theme has new version, we have to edit it again. Or should we put it in the child theme? If so, can you tell us how?

php code can not be used inside options. It’s just not allowed. So if you want to use date function, you need to do this in footer.php file just like you mentioned above. There is no other workaround to do this.

it depends which images from which demo you mean. Some of the images we bought, some are working on free license but some we made ourselves. Those two last you can use of course but the images we bought, you need to buy as well if you want to use them legally.

in reference to TF license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as much licenses as many sites you want to build. Of course this concerns all themes on Themeforest marketplace.

Am I right in now saying that Visual Composer is no longer included in this package? Have installed theme then Eco demo to test it and it was presumably written using VC but I can’t see it in Pages as it is not activated and to do so will cost a further $35??

you are definitely wrong because VC is included into package. However, if you want to edit pre-made layouts, you need to use Muffin Builder instead because all included layouts were made with our builder which is much lighter, easier to use and this is what users exactly expect.

OK, thanks for cleaning up. I have latest version of WP and your theme an downloaded Eco demo theme but when trying to edit home page for example the Muffin Builder doesn’t load at all, the main box reminds blank and I can’t even click Screen Options at the top. Clicking Visual / Text tabs also doesn’t work so something conflicting? Just deleted theme and re-download and upload but still the same. Should muffin builder be within Appearance > Plugins ?
Also getting ‘Run Script “void(0)” in BeTheme Options so can’t alter anything in there. Might be plugin issue? Have only installed the plugins recommended with the theme.
Did you tried to disable plugins? If you didn’t please do this. Did you also tried to re-install theme files but via FTP? You should try this as well. However, if none will help, please send us dashboard access thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will have a look on it closer.
