Ok, so we do not have anything like that and so far we do not have any plans to do this. The theme you mentioned above is something completely else than we do.

They appear like this only in the mobile version.

i mean the button that displayed if you scroll down or if you are at the end of the homepage to go quicker to the top of the page.

i want to use it at the right bottom side (so it looks like in diffrent of other of your demo layouts) and i try all settings to get this result in the used demo theme. if i actived it their comes this small field at the top of the homepage with this small grey shadow. (screenshot below)

if i deactived all setting that are for this “go to top” button this areas go away but than i doesn’t have this button. if i actived it the button displayed but the icon isn’t exactlly in the center of the button and the area at the top that have no use comes back again.

i look at your demo installation to check where the problem is but you doesn’t use this button in your theme. maybe a css problem mit the theme layout?

to remove “Read More” button from related posts section, you need to use the following extra css:

.section-post-related .post-related a.button { display: none !important; }

But in reference to 2nd part of your question, we did never tested any of those plugins so we don’t know if they would work or not.
