Now we have another problem on how to have a costumed font for arabic? can you please give us a detailed walk through for this matter? and also when we are on arabic page already where can we edit the headers so we can translate it to arabic because we can only write on the content for arabic but for the default headers, we are still looking where we can edit it for arabic.

for some reason the font ‘open sans’ isn’t working in safari. When you refresh the page the font changes to a different (ugly) one. How can i fix this? The typography settings are set correctly.

will it support woo commerce system in your theme

We have not tested this paid plugin yet with our theme and its not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us. But we think that if plugin is coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme. You can also confirm from the plugin author. This is the best info we can provide at this stage.

1. Does this theme come with a child theme? 2. Does this theme have woocommerce already installed or will I need to install woocommerce? I have had horrible experiences with themes that are packaged with woocommerce due to constant updates from woocommerce. I always had to wait on the theme to be updated before I could update woocommerce. Thats a drag because by the time theme is updated, woocommerce has already came out with another update. So…I would like to avoid this if possible. 3. Also noticed in the product description you are planning to have more ecommerce page layouts—are they ready now? If not, when will they be ready to download?

This may be the permission issue, your server did not give permission to add / save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the css folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file into your site. Please contact your server to change permission to 777.

On the Porto Concept element, how can I remove the flipping animation on the last circle?
Hi, In this element, the last circle is based on slide show. Actually, it’s not an animation it’s slide show of 3 images. When you upload a single image in it then it will stop the animation.

BUG Adding too many styles in the custom css skin area causes the page to time-out on saving. Also, media queries don’t appear to save all the time. Switched to another plugin for CSS and so far no problem.

The only plugin that it seems that is not update is the Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer….....
But I have deactivated it and the error continuous…the theme doesn´t see right on safari

No, this area with the contact info are not the widgets, it’s part of the header and you can edit this with HTML code and also put the call to action button as well with HTML.
No, you can not make this contact part of the header as the sticky menu. It will need customization.
