we are sorry but so far we didn’t found time to check this theme with qTranslate plugin but when we finish current “to do” list, we will consider this plugin as well.

1) We do not have any Real Estate stuff so we think that it won’t be possible to create easily what you ask for unfortunately.

2) For multilingual site we recommend WPML plugin.

3) In reference to TF license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as much licenses as many sites you want to build. Of course this concerns all themes on Themeforest marketplace.

while site migration, we always use 2 plugins and did never had any problems with content or settings migration. Those plugins are: WP Migrate DB and Mfn CB Migration Tool. Sounds like you forgot about 1st tool and that’s why you lost pages and posts.

1. To put the header background on single post pages, you need to use Header Image field under Post Options section because Featured Image is reserved for post images.

2. Yes, we have additional single post template. Under same Post Options section you have drop-down Template field where you can change it.

Thank you for your answer. It works, but for some reason I get a black bar at the bottom of the image. I don’t want the header to be full screen, so I selected parallax, but I still get this big black bar when my header image finish. I tried unticking parallax but when I save the tick comes back… Can you help?
