Hello, after the latest wordpress update i got an issue with the visual composer in the uncode-theme. i am not able to change or place pictures. the media window opens but the “add media” button doesn`t work. Any ideas? Thx

Hi – my website is incrediblestocks.com – I’m trying to get the spacing between the heading “My Stock Guide” and the paragraph beneath it smaller. I used two separate heading containers in order to allow the heading text to be centered and the subheading text to be left aligned, which is why the gap is larger than it should be. How can I decrease the gap between the two? Thanks!

Sticky menu covers full screen on Internet Explorer when user start scrolling down bug! When sticky menu is on, customers using Internet Explorer is reporting the menu covering the full screen when scrolling down the page. We had to turn off sticky menu to prevent this. It’s supposed to stick to the top, not cover the full screen. We tested everything, this has to be a bug.

I have noticed that during responsive mode the Top menu (on a mobile or tablet) changes to a hamburger style menu with a white background. Is it possible to use a transparent background instead of the white? 2. The idea is to use the layout of the demo above as homepage with a slide. Hi Codeigniter, no sorry the lightbox actually natively support only media files like images/video. I have seen a few users in the support forum that have done this with some plugins (don’t know the name of the plugins sorry), maybe you can find more infos in our forum http://www.undsgn.com/support . Hi chongsm2867, this is possible with a few lines of CSS code we can suggest but please note that if you are going to build the metro layout that it’s generally used with images you need to modify the layout of any quote posts you need manually by the options. What I mean is that you can define a given layout for the thumbnails but if you need variations (like text instead of image in the metro mode) you need to do this for every quote post. Pre-sales question: in the classic studio version, under “work”, 8 photos are shown, and when clicking on one, it will bring you to a slider showing the same 8 photos. Is is possible to use each photo on the homepage to bring the visitor to a different slider to show different portfolios?

No sorry this is not an option, in most of themes these effects are used to hide the layout when the page load to avoid ugly “jumps” of the layout that are based on JavaScript, in Uncode we can avoid this and serve a page in very fast time. Consider Uncode prefers speed than effects. Let us know if you need more infos!

1. No this is native of WooCommerce, you can user the Uncode filters menu based on categories and you can use the price range filter if you use a sidebar with every layout you need.
2. I created account with you but I cannot comment on the theme or get support for it. So, I will ask here. Why is there no author box? Why do Author pages go to 404? How do you create previous blog posts under a current blog post? Where is the option for “more posts” under blog posts? If you refer to the fact that you are not able to register our support forum (before post questions you need to verify the purchase code and create an account), this happen cause the Marketplace username is case sensitive and sometimes the browser auto-capitalise the first letter.
Unfortunately no other users have report problems with Author pages 404 and we need to check what happen in your installation.

1. You find this in the Typography panel of your Theme Options and this is named Default Font Size: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/typography/
2. You just need to update the Font Family of the Poppins font stack and change the named from Poppins to the new font, so the new font will be automatically applied in all the references where actually Poppins is, In just 1 click you can modify the Poppins globally for the whole site.
3. If you need to change the font of the menu this is un Theme Options > Customise http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/customize/ and the option is named Menu Font Family.
