Hello! Help please: 1) When I press a contact a drop-down menu in the smartphone or on the tablet – the menu opens, but when I take away a finger – me is at once closed and I don’t manage to press subpages. How to correct it? May you do when I press to menu as here http://imatryoshka.ru (page is For bussines – last page in main menu), the page is not close when I out finger from page. 2) On the smartphone and the tablet there menu+submenu is ‘plus’ on the dropping-out pages. The ‘plus’ – is badly visible. Whether it is possible to make that pages of a submenu just dropped out?

Hello when we press button in menu, the submenu that appears closing in a few seconds so we cant use it (on the touchscreen only) When we press button with submenu , button is not colored. (On the touchscreen) In the mobile version we need to place more then one picture below the main menu.

1) If it does not work on individual device, you should try to deactivate Nice Scroll under Addons & Plugins > Addons section.
2) You can move this icon to the right side with the following css:

Hello, I just purchased the theme and like it. A quick question; is it possible to place the portfolio within a regular page (with (VC) content above AND below, for instance?). And one thing that seems to be a bug: on the porftolio, when clicking the “Load more…” button, it creates duplicates of already displayed items… Thanks for your help!

you can put 3 different items/shortcodes with VC onto page: Portfolio, Portfolio Grid and Portfolio Photo. But in reference to second question, are you sure that you use latest version of theme? If you do, please send us dashboard access thru contact form on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on it closer because we checked it on our end and “Load more” feature is fine.

Just one more question; when using the shortcodes; how can I set the number of columns?
Only Portfolio item got columns attribute. Complete portfolio shortcode looks like below:

To add load more, you need to add load_more parameter and also pagination value need to be set to 1. So complete shortcode supposed to look like:

How do I change the responsive breakpoint for a demo using the creative menu? I installed the Beauty 2 demo and it appears that I can’t affect the responsive breakpoint that the demo uses through the method in the theme options.

if you look under Theme options > Responsive section, you will see the following information next Responsive Menu Initial width option:
This option does not affect Creative Header
It means that this option does not work with Creative Header type unfortunately.

Hi there!
Ok, so how do I override that so that it will allow me to choose a different responsive breakpoint for Creative Header layouts? Getting rid of the desktop header above 1200px is a little strange considering many people do not use their browser that large. Usually the breakpoint is 800px to 900px.
At the current breakpoint, it almost seems pointless to even have that header and the mobile menu icon looks very odd and tiny at that screen width.
You can try the solution from support forum but if this won’t help, we do not have any other solution at this moment unfortunately.
Thank you. However, with how old that thread is (May 2014 it started) and how many people have asked the same question, doesn’t it make sense to just add this as a standard theme option for Creative Header menus?
(I do want to also mention that I asked a question about responsive breakpoints prior to purchasing, and I was told that it was all in the theme options with no mention that it did not apply to certain headers.)
We added this option of course. It’s Responsive Menu Initial width under Theme options > Responsive section but like we wrote above already, this option does not concern Creative header type.
Hi there! Is there a reason that you can’t also make this apply to the Creative header type? That seems odd to me. It also seems odd that it can’t be solved by some simple custom CSS that can be copy and pasted into the theme options.
We were trying to add it in the past but because creative header type is a big one, it would be hard to see any content on site if someone would set for example this kind of header type for mobile devices like 768px. We will see while future updates if there is anything what we can do in that case but this might be hard.
Hi there! While I do understand that, couldn’t that just be something left up to the user to decide? Breaking (or disappearing the Creative Header) at 1264px is just way too large of a screen width for that to occur. Many users never even open their browsers at that width and therefore will never see the desktop version of the menu/header.
We use another theme that has a side menu like Creative Header and it breaks at 900px with no issue. Maybe also add the ability to shrink the width of the Creative Menu if people choose to as well.
We took your suggestions into account and will consider them while future updates of course.

it depends what you mean exactly. As far as we know, adsense works in any place where is possible to use html or iframes. It means that you can use them inside widgets or just in the content.

Yes layout. We created a custom post template layout. how do we select this on our New > Post > Template
So if you create new layout under Appearance > Layouts section, you can select it for posts by setting up Layout ID under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog section.
ok i see this now. However this is very limited on the styling of my template. For example. I would like like to have a Rev. Slider in my header and i can not. I want to add a form within my header I can not. I should be able to select which side bar i want to use and I can not. I also should be able add my own custom CSS. maybe you can roll these features out in the next upgrade.
1. You can have revolution slider for each post but slider would be in the place of featured image.
2. To add from within header of individual posts, it is necessary to modify theme files.
3. Under Post Options section, you can choose which sidebar supposed to display of individual posts.
4. You can add custom css of course under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.
I am having trouble to setup my portfolio items with a featured image and the revolution slider together. I wanted to use the portfolio as a kind of image gallery by uploading a featured image. That works until I switch on the revolution slider, in this case the image gets replaced. I found a different switch to use the slider in the banner, this is actually exactly the option I was looking for but now the featured image disappeared… Don’t know how to get both features. Any suggestions?

if you open your image http://internetrevenueconsulting.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Internet-Revenue-Consulting-Cover.png you will see that it’s only 960px width while slider was set to 100% width of the screen. This is the reason why your image is blurred.

Image should be minimum 1920px width (Full HD).
I am unable to make a page like in demo: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/renovate/our-realizations/ . When I imported the demo content , the page appears on a large screen like in the demo, but: 1. On the small screen, the images are not reduced in the line, but move down. 2. In the pop-up window it will display images only from the current gallery . ( In the demo images are displayed from all 3 galleries ).

1. Can we add blog page on to it? 2. Can we put leave a comment section? 3. Can i ask for a documentation link so i can review what are included in the theme ex. plugins? 4. Can i mix both 2 pre layout and build a better one (or from scratch) let say, i want prelayout 1 home page, but also i want prelayout 2 page style… like if im really doing a full customization of each individual theme.

1) Yes, you can add blog page for this layout.
2) If you mean something like “Leave a reply” which is on single post page then yes, you can activate comments form for single post pages.
3) Sure, you can. It’s here.
4) It is not possible to import 2 different pre-made layouts on same WP installation because each demo is different (got different settings). So if you want to mix layouts, you need to create 1 WP instance where you will be working on the site and another one where you can import pre-made layouts for tests and learn how some things were done.

Follow up question to #4. , each pre layout (be-toy) can it be edited interms of layout, style, functions? or this is the default settings and nothing can change only the content ex. image, text etc.? #5. premium plugins are also included/bundled with the theme? and can be used in all 200+ pre layout temp.

4) Pre-made layouts are only examples of what can be achieved with BeTheme. You can do with those layouts whatever you want (change it’s layout, style, options, etc).
5) Yes, plugins like Slider Revolution or Visual Composer are included into package. Plugins are included for BeTheme so can be used on any demo you want.
6) You can put search in the right top header section next to menu items. There is no other way to put search in header.
