Q2: Student must log-in first when they want to solve the quiz. Is it possible that once student is done with solving the quiz, he or she cannot access the solving quiz again for 1 month? Student can only re-access to the quiz after 1 month.

Hi Alkaweb, thank you for this great theme. However: is there a way I can stop hotlinking to documents? When the login screen has been activated I can still find all the pdf, doc and jpg files even when I’m logged out.

Hi, the website is private and pages are protected! But a link to a private pdf, doc or an image is not protected, even if the site is private and when you’re logged out. Is there a way to avoid this direct linking to private documents or images?

i am trying to set up and test this theme. there is something wrong on projects. i can see the projects tab on the menu i can see the created projects but when i click to see project there is nothing there, shouldnt have the view, quick edit, todo, files, comments,... it just says “nothing found”. what am i missing?

Is it on the demo ? Because if yes, some visitors delete the projects so we have to create them again, that’s why some links might be broken for a few hours. Sorry for that. no i am using a friends theme to test this solution that he said it would fit, to decide if o buy it or not. its the real deal. i created the projects page all fine, on the front page i can create a new project, the project appears on projects but when i click on the created project “nothing found”. is there any other setting i have to do? when i create a project after installing does the tabs quick edit, todo,... come by definition or do i have to do something to set that up?

Do you intend to add a time tracking feature in the near future? We are looking to possibly replace our time tracking software and project tracking software with an all in one solution. I see that you added it to your dev board around 8 months ago. Just wondering if there is any update on that?

It really depends on the features you’re expecting from a Time tracking software. Just let me know what you exactly need and I’ll tell you if that fits our project management tool. Otherwise, Wordpress is a huge community with a lot of plugins. I’ve already searched for this kind of plugins and there are several options available on wordpress.org that you can plug in to your Wordpress. Using Woffice of course

We’re looking for a simple way for staff to start and stop a timer for projects as they work. At the end of the project/month/billing period, we need to be able to go in and look at time billed for each client/project so that we can bill our clients as appropriate. Currently we are using Wunderlist with Toggl and in the past we used the first iteration of Basecamp. We’re essentially looking for a way to manage projects and files plus track time spent on those projects. If that’s something that we can accomplish with Woffice, we would be very interested.

I think Woffice would give you a great starting point but honestly you’d need some specifc customizations. Because for now, Woffice Projects can be configured on a deadline basis or tasks basis. Including a task management system as well as a deadline option and progress bar. But I don’t think it really suits your idea of “Time Tracking” but with some changes, it can be done easily. Woffice would be a great base.

- Sorry I don’t think there is an easy way to do that with Wordpress. Because here is how it should work (If I understand correctly) : – you create a new user – when it’s created, we create a new project with some tasks – the tasks get assigned to this new user.
Well that’s possible, as it’s just some PHP functions to create but not existing yet.
- You can either keep our current calendar plugin EventON and use their social sync addon to fetch these events from Google calendar : http://www.myeventon.com/addons/sync-events/ OR use another plugin like : https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-calendar-events/

Thanks for your interest in our work. You can mix everything, those different demos are only different by their styling (colors, images) but you can use any feature from any demo with any other one. Forum, Courses, Files management, Groups, Projects, Wiki… all in one if that’s what suits you the most.
The theme is already translated in french and we provide french support as well

If I’m using the Unyson Pagebuilder and want to make a frontend change in a Wiki article it just shows the plain code from the pagebuilder.
Is there a way to make this work properly and use the pagebuilder on the frontend?

I’ve purchased this theme and I absolutely love the easy of setup as well as integration. The one thing I would like to see in possible future updates is the ability to utilize a background video at the login page.
The only issues I have seen is the option of using the BigBlue Button from the visual editor seems to throw a fatal error. Not sure if developer aware of issue or not. Other than that, this theme by far offers the most for the areas I am using it in. I was looking to a new way to interact with my clients and to provide them better support. Between this theme and the power of Sprout Invoices, I know have that solution.

This looks like a seriously good theme, very much aligned with our purpose. Some pre-purchase questions:
1. Is it possible to charts and graphs in the dashboard? I mean is there any way using this theme that we are showing charts and graph which are populated dynamically using people’s profile field inputs from buddy press theme? 2. Can a admin user send global notifications to all other general users? 3. Can we add/delete modify items/icons from the left bar menu? I know there are 3 pre-defined themes, but is it possible to mix and mash their features? 4. Is it possible to reduce the width/height of left navigation bar? 5. In the members tab, is it possible to add point based system like myCRED, and filter/sort using user points? 6. Is it possible to show how the wordpress dashboard looks in a demo site? Would be great to test the functionalities before purchasing.

1. You can use this amazing plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/visualizer/, however it won’t get your data automatically from your xprofile fields, you’ll have to copy / past them. I think. Well I didn’t found any plugin so far.
2. Yes, it’s a feature from Buddypress and there are many plugins that can handle that for you.
3. You can pick any icon from this library : http://fontawesome.io/icons/ (there are already available in the theme) and you can change the icon/label/link of each item in the menu.
4. There is a specific option for that in the Theme Settings.
5. Yes, there is an already existing plugin for that and I’ve already seen many customers with this feature so yes.

It’s pretty clear Yes of course, it’s a core feature of Woffice. You can display different menus depending on the visitor’s status (logged or not) and you can make pages private/public, as you like. You’ll find many options about that in our Theme Settings.
