I’m interested in buying this theme for my upcoming website. I’m a beginner and need a few clarifications..
1. After purchasing and activating the theme will I be able to set a default page/post type through settings or will I have to custom-create it every time I make one?2. Incase, the theme comes with the example pages (home page of different kinds, different types of pages for blog/contact-us page, etc) will I have to manually delete all the pages and their slugs to avoid broken links?
Like I said in the beginning, I’m a beginner and this is going to be the first time I’m creating a website, so kindly forgive me if my doubts sound stupid.

1. You can use Visual Composer templates so you can create it once, and apply it to other pages, also you can extend this functionality with paid Templatera plugin, which supports dinamic templates.
2. It’s better to remove this demo content to avoid conflicts in future, but it’s not necessary.

Where are all the theme options gone in latest version 3.0.3. When I am going on Theme Options page its just showing General Options with moving arrow towards NEW in orange color. What happened to your theme where are all the options gone.

Hi, is it possible to create separate portfolios for separate categories (rather than using filters)?
The reason for this is that, let’s imagine I have 5 categories (Art, Music, Books, Photos, Food) with many items for each category. If I only filter Music, enter in a project, and I go to the next project (with the arrow), I’d like to show the next project in the Music category (but this doesn’t seem to be the behavior of the theme, which puts all items in one single portfolio)

It’s possible, add subcategories, assign items to these subcategories, then create regular pages, add these items via Portfolio Grid element, for parent items set custom links to these pages.

At the moment Impreza theme doesn’t provide such ability out of the box, sticky layout applied automatically using JavaScript, when you scroll down about 80% header height. But the header itself takes fixed position immediately. Can you please specify, what exactly do you want to achieve?

Hi, I’m thinking to buy this theme, but I’m unsure about the loading time of it. From the demo it loaded pretty slow and I’m using a fast internet connection from Portugal, Europe.
Maybe it is because it has some options etc. Is there a way that I can check if it is heavy or not in a better manner?

Loading time depends on images, sliders, video, enabled plugins etc. On our demo page there are a lot of graphic, which slows down loading time a bit. You can check performance, and all features on this test drive server. Also you can improve performance using these tips.

OK but I cannot see any itemscope or itemtype (schema.org) attributes in your code. What about ?
Unfortunately, there is no itemscope or itemprop, there are special tags, and classes used to help seacrh engine to grab proper info. If you need to implement something in Impreza theme the best way to accomplish that is to create a feature request on our support forum, and when it will receive many voices from other clients we will consider implementing it in one of the next updates.

I also tried to erase main menu and I have added a wp custom menu from Visual composer but it displays navigation vertical and not horizontal as in main menu

The offset options don’t show under the column settings. I want to be able to have a 10/12 grid width centred, so offset by 1 column but I’m unable to do so.

At the moment Impreza theme doesn’t provide such feature out of the box, you should add come element to make the offset, for example you can add invisible Separator into empty columns.

That didn’t work sadly, it’s normally an out-of-the-box feature of the visual composer. Like equal row height, have you removed that too? As I can’t seem to create two columns side by side of equal height.

Have a simple question, well I think it may be simple…
We have a video background but when viewed on different screen sizes (if you scroll down the page you will see what I mean) it doesnt take up the full container and shows the grey background…how can I stop that from happening?

Thanks for getting back to me but that isnt helping…on 15 inch Mac its showing a grey line at the bottom of the video, 13 inch is even worse and since moving the negative margin pretty much all screen sizes show the background color…any other ideas?

Unfortunately, provided link doesn’t work anymore, at the moment Imrpeza doesn’t provide such ability out of the box, however you can accomplish that with custom CSS code if you’re familar with it, or you can create a ticket on our Support Forum, after purchasing, and our developers will provide a solution, when they will have some free time.

I bought your theme months ago. Visual composer is incompatible with some plugins. For example something like Store Locator. When I put the WP code line, I’m able to see the plugin but the lines are not aligned. Maybe because the page’s width is not enough with Visual Composer. So can I disable Visual Composer just for one page?

At the moment Imrpeza theme doesn’t provide such ability out of the box, I recommend to write to authors of Store Locator, and ask them to make their plugin compatible with Visual Composer. Or try using another plugin instead.

Ok, Can you please take a look a this page? The plugin lines are not aligned. http://www.farmacrimi.it/store-locator#section-Roma. If you select all the text you can see two boxes over markers on the top of the page. They usually are on the left of the markers. Also the text next to pictures are on the middle line.
