Hello, yes that’s correct. You can use one calendar and then share that calendar on multiple pages if you wish. The booking system is very flexible. Ask any questions you like. We are happy to assist.

Hello! Thanks for getting in touch. That’s right, the calendar can export data to HomeAway, Air BnB, bookings etc but it’s a one way sync. Pull calendar info in is complicated but we are looking at ways to do this.

Hi, i love your theme and i think it will be great for one of our projects, but i have a question regarding multi language. We hate WPML (sorry, but we do) and we usually use polylang, which is, in our opinion, far lighter and consumes a lot less resources. usually we have no problem with the general themes we use (Avada, X, Divi…)
Do you have any information of your customers using polylang ? Any problem?

hello Teng, thanks for reaching out to us. The bundled WP Booking System provides 1 room per calendar, so once a reservation request is made you have the option to set it to auto-pending, it will make the dates unavailable during the requested booking and shade them with a color of your choice. The plugin developer has plans to add inventory as well in an upcoming release, so you will be able to use 1 calendar for many rooms of the same type. Does that help?

Hello and thanks for contacting us. The theme comes with two forms builders, one is included with the booking calendar and the other is Formidable.
Formidable is a stand alone form builder that you can use anywhere on the site and as a standalone form tool. The WP Booking system includes availability calendar and also has form builder. They work together.
You can use the booking calendars on their own as well just to show availability but once you use them with the form builder you can allow people to choose their check in / check out dates and submit that info through the form.
Yes you can use the booking system just for sending notifications / and auto responders, that works too. The requests will queue up in the dashboard but you can just ignore them and only use the admin email notifications and customer auto responder to run your business. Both are also optional.
It’s very flexible.

Hi there, I’m not entirely sure how the WP Booking System works for Users, I think you need to be an admin to manage it. There might be some access if you go inside the calendar as the admin and give that user permissions to access it. You’ll find this under WP Booking / Calendars / ’’Assign users to this calendar”. Once that is saved, then you can play around with that users permissions levels so they can see that calendar. I”m not sure if it’s editor, author or more. Try them out and see.

how to increase the size of logo pls?
Hello and thanks for posting, the logo can be increased via Appearance / Theme options / General / Logo Height. You move the slider, save changes and then the most important part is to re-upload the logo again. The theme will need a second time to resize the logo after you have moved the slider control.

Hello! yes, you can hide this with CSS. It’s very easy, we will provide the code and you can copy / paste into the theme options. We’ll be adding this as a feature to an upcoming version but for now it’s a simple css snippet. 
I am considering to buy this theme. 1 question about booking inquiries. We have 7 rooms. I want the guest to select the desired dates and room and submit the request. We will then check availability and respond via email to the guest. I don’t want to maintain 7 availability calendars using this plugin as we already have that data separately. Any problem with that scenario?
Hello, yes you can do that. What you would do is use 1 calendar, put all the rooms in a dropdown (using the form builder), then you can disable the auto-pending feature. What you will be able to manage in the backend is the requests that will come through and the dates they have requested. As an alternative you can also use the Formidable plugin and upgrade to pro then use the form control but It think option 1 is better for you.
Short answer, yes it will work that way. 
can we receive an automated email upon the inquiry and respond to the guest that way? i don’t want our employees logging into our wordpress site.

To customize any of the templates, look in the templates folder and activate our child theme, then copy any of the templates over to the child theme inside the templates folder and you can customize as you like. Each template file represents 1 of the different content blocks from the meta box builder. The meta box builder can do a lot so you should be able to customize a lot of the page without having to edit the html or php.
We’ve provided a lot of help, and you can find links to all our resources under Appearance / Theme Options / Help Tab. This includes videos, 70+ articles, public support tickets, FAQs, and documentation.

Hey there! Thanks for contacting us. I see the issue. Try removing any spaces in between the emails. That seemed to work for me. Once I removed any spaces I was able to add multiple emails.

Does this theme support the departure and arrival of a guest on the same day? I’ve seen similar plugins use a diagonal graphic to display that if someone is leaving on one day, someone else can still check in.

Thank you for such a fast reply! I’m checking into this for a property that rents out 5 cabins. There is a tax rate on the cabins rental rate, and also a cleaning fee that needs to be added, but not taxed. This is the problem with our current website.
Does your system support the following: 1. Adding a tax rate? 2. Adding a “cleaning fee” or “pet fee” that is not taxed? 3. The use of Coupon or discount codes that would support both a percentage off (10% of the rental rate) or a “buy 2 nights, get 1 free?” type of discount? (This also needs to be taxed AFTER the coupon code is applied and not before.) 4. Is there a way to download a list of past clients into a csv file for the use of sending an email?
These are my biggest concerns. I do appreciate your help thus far. 
Hello. Regarding the fees and taxes, you can set this up in WooCommerce. It has a very good tax rate table depending on where the buyers is from or you can change everyone who buys through you. That’s pretty easy to setup in WooCommerce.
The cleaning fee is pretty straight forward as well. We wrote an article about it here: https://themovation.ticksy.com/article/7343/
1) Adding tax rate – Yes, via woocommerce setup.
2) Adding a cleaning fee or pet fee that is non taxable. Yes, in that article I included there is a plugin that allows you to choose taxed or non taxed. I think it’s free.
3) Yes the coupon system is already built into WooCommerce. You can learn more about it here: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/coupon-management/ – You can do a percentage, not sure about the buy 2 get one free though.
4) Yes, you can download the csv through woocommece. You can find out more here: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/ordercustomer-csv-exporter/ – I think this is free as well. The booking system has it’s own customer list but this is not exportable at this time. You can certainly hire a developer to export this if you need to but WooCommerce should have all the customer information it it as well.
The booking system passes the booking total off to WooCommerce and then the customer fills out their billing info at that time, so WooCommerce will have more accurate billing information in it’s database vs the WP booking System.

Oh okay, I’m a little confused, but you’re saying the Wp Booking System integrates with WooCommerce to collect payment, but will manage the bookings through WP Booking System. Sounds a little tricky. Do you have demos of the admin area?
Hi! WooCommerce handles the payment and WP Booking handles all the booking information. The reason I mentioned WooCommerce is because you requested a CSV export and WooCommerce has this option. The customer will be providing their email address (and other billing info to Woo) if you have online payments setup. You could export the customer info such as email and other billing details via WooCommerce.
All the booking / pending / approval / auto responders are managed in WP Booking. Only payments are processed via WooCommerce.
