1. No, it is not possible to move the title under featured image because this requires files customisation.

2. It’s because you have too many menu items and there is not enough space in header to put menu items in the same line as logo and other features. So or you move one of your items under sub-menus or you need to decrease spacing between menu items with custom css. But we would be able to give you solution for that only if you will send us link to your site because we must have a look on it first.
