Hi Support,
I am using WordPress voice theme for my sites http://news.tecmint.com and http://windows.tecmint.com.
But after installing WP-Fastest-Cache plugin, the published time and view counter not reflecting it remains same..
For example, time stuck at published 1min ago and counter stays at 1 views.
Could you tell me how to exclude these two things from caching?

This is what WP-Fastest plugin developer replied to me:
“this is a chronic problem with cache plugins 
we cannot fix it. The theme developer puts the information via Ajax.”
as per his reply, it seems you were calling the information via Ajax…could you fix it?

I’m really sorry to hear you are having an issue. If the solution with SEO by yoast doesn’t work, please check first if you are using any of caching plugins on your website. If so, please delete the cache.
Also, facebook itself caches the data, so, take an article for example and check it with facebook linter on this link: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ You will see data exactly how facebook sees it.

1. Yes, you can use the theme in Ukrainian, there is a built in theme translation panel for all the text on the front-end!
2. VK share button is not provided in the theme, but you can easily disable our sharing buttons and use any sharing plugin instead.
3. It’s hard to say in advance but we have tried to build a solid code which will make the theme compatible with all the plugins out there. Basically, I don’t see any problem in using Voice theme for additional purposes rather than only as a magazine theme

Hey, I just purchased the theme. Have a few questions regarding the top ad area, header. The Add box seems to not respond to placing a colored table as a background color. How do i control the color of the white box that is there currently? Also, is there a specific way i can control the positioning of the text under the logo? I need to move it, not the logo, so that i can position it centered under the logo.

Just purchased after using their “test drive” feature (which is awesome, BTW)...and have to say I’m very impressed.
Loving the theme along with the simplicity and ease of use. Documentation is excellent and the pre-sale support was also top notch.
I went with Voice over their other themes because it seemed to be the most versatile. I just took a look at their new Vlog theme…and that looks killer too.
Keep up the good work!
BTW – It’s also nice that this theme seems to “play nice” with the OptimizePress plugin I use to create landing pages and sales pages.
Other themes I’ve purchased always seem to have conflicts. And then the theme creators tell me it’s the fault of OptimizePress.
So far, no issues with Voice. Which makes it even more ideal for me…and tells me the code is clean.

Well, H1 element IS actually used. It wraps the logo image on the home page. If you remove the logo, then website title will be wrapped in H1 instead.
From SEO point of view, H1 element is not crucial on the home page at all. I would be more than glad to hear your opinion and suggestions regarding this?

It very easy to do this via child theme.
1. Install and activate child theme that you have inside your ThemeForest package.
2. Look for files inside “sections” directory that have “content” in their name (content.php, content-video.php … etc…)
3. Copy those files to child theme, follow the same structure like in original theme (create “sections” dir and copy files there)
4. Look for code inside those files:
<?php if ( vce_get_option( 'show_share' ) ) : ?>
<?php get_template_part('sections/share-bar'); ?>
<?php endif; ?>
5. You need to move this code to top of layout structure / your desired spot in template

WordPress by default doesn’t have a technical possibility for this, but fortunately there is a workaround via our modules.
Basically, you setup your home page as modules page, then choose only one post that you want to be displayed and choose Layout A.

The theme is written in the respect of the highest WordPress coding standards so you really do not have to worry.
Lets say it is “medium” sized and any average server will support it with no problems. None of our users had memory problems with any of our themes so far.

WordPress does have a support for selfhosted videos by default so each theme should support it out of the box.
