hi, I used your theme (fashion template), mobile menu can’t working. could you help to check that. link is http://mysouthway.com.au/web/

I used a custom css: *{ font-family:microsoft yahei !important; } the menu missed, and when I remove the code, mobile menu shown up but not working, I can’t click it to show dropdown menu could you help to fix that?

and the layer slider and revolution slider both not working, I can only use fusion and elastic slider.

and could you tell me how to use faq page, I use faqs template in http://mysouthway.com.au/web/faq/, but can’t see anything.

The mobile menu use icomoon and fontawesome icons actually so since you changed the font family for all your elements by applying style to *. it also broke the icons causing your menu to not work. We will love to check each and everything you have issues with on your site however we need to take a closer look at your installation.

We just updated to the latest version. However, icons are not displaying in Chrome and Firefox. Any help is greatly appreciated. The .htaccess file has been updated. Thank you!!

Can you please check that Font Awesome is currently enabled in your Theme Options -> Advanced -> Theme Features for me?

Hi. We paid to renew support and submitted a ticket four days ago. There is no record of our ticket. We submitted another one this morning and received an on screen confirmation (have screenshot). However, our account shows no record of either ticket. I understand you are busy, but we need this issue resolved. Please let me know the best way to communicate with you to resolve this issue.

We did check to make sure the Font Awesome feature is enabled.

What area of your site are you wanting to create a private login for, the back or the front end?

WordPress has a ‘password’ option that can be set on a per page basis, however this is a core feature and not something specific to the theme:

If it’s for the back end, you can create another user profile and give it the permissions level you would like the client to have.

Hello, I just purchased this item and got this template http://avada.theme-fusion.com/agency/ installed. But I don’t have the home page video and message that is on this demo. Also, Our Work page is empty, and the Contact page is showing error 404 page, Please advise as I need this up and running badly.

Hello. I updated to new version. The google icon seems to be out of proportion to the other icons. Its smaller and not balanced in height. I noticed it was the same on your demos. Any fixes? thx!!

As we use the Font Awesome library, we don’t actually control the size of the individual icons. They are implemented as a font and can be resized using CSS, however the base of of each icon is set by the creators of Font Awesome.

Having said that, if the icon is very noticeably out of proportion, something may be adjusting the font size of it specifically. We would need to be able to take a closer look at your site to know what’s going on here.

What is the best place where we can see (1) What is the latest release (2) The Release Notes.

I am always on a mission to see what the latest release is – as it is not very obvious.

No need to go on a massive search, we have indicated several places where you can find the latest version number, as well as the changelog in our replies above.

The changelog link hasn’t changed for years and I can’t see it changing anytime soon. If you want to see the notes for the latest version, you can always use this link:

I have to disagree that the page is hidden, you can find two links to the changelog by simply Googling for “Avada Changelog”; they are the first two results at the top of the page. That’s how I find the page myself and in my opinion it’s just about as convenient as you can get without bookmarking the URL itself.

I’m not really sure what changes we can make to satisfy what you’re after. The changelog is there for everyone to access and there are several articles that also point you to the changelog URL. We include the version number at the very top of our ThemeForest item page which is updated after each release.

On top of the above, if you have Avada installed on your site and have registered for automatic updates, if an update is available, it will appear in your WordPress dashboard. As this will always show the latest version, you can see the version number there as well.

Ryan You are not getting it – do you?

You highlight my point: “Type in a Google Search …. ” – that’s exactly what I am talking about – going through this massive search to get to your hidden file … – which was supposed to be distributed with each new release.

Oooo – and when I find it – then I must Bookmark it … wow – I need to remember that – to save a piece of information which I was supposed to get from the supplier. The responsibility is now on ME to keep that info – while it can change any time.

Why don’t you put a link from your main content to this file? Why don’t you distribute the release notes – each time with a new release – like other developers do?

Finally – in term of the automatic updates: NO – I delete all automatic updates – and that is EXACTLY why I need to read the release notes so that I can see what is coming and expecting – and not get surprises from my users that things went wrong – just to discover it was an “automatic update” I don’t read the release notes (if I can find them), apply the updates and TEST.

PS: Just read the following note from “ideanna” – and then you will see that the person did NOT read the release notes – and experience these problems … and I quote “Hello. I updated to new version. .. . . .” he/she could just have added

1. and I did not read the release notes -

2. because it was not sent to me

3. and I could not find them

4. and I did not save them

5. and I did not bookmark the secret file where you keep the release notes hidden so that

6. nobody can navigate to it from the main panels.

Do I need to spell it out – More???

We have stated several times where to find this information. I’m afraid you simply are not getting it.

There is no “hidden” file, it is on our website where it should be.

Our team had identified a problem with the header version 6 flyout menu in webkit browsers. Our team has now resolved this by releasing patch #405598

All you need to do to fix this is log in to your WP Dashboard and go to the -> Avada >> Support tab – you will see the patches which are to be applied concurrently -> http://d.pr/i/eXuu

To clarify: When you purchase your theme, it will include 6 months hands on support. Your theme purchase id your license and for this you will be entitles to all future updates of the theme, free of charge.

We are not using any additional plugin in any of our demo except for the demos that use events calendar such as church demo, however travel demo is solely created by using our default theme features.

Portfolio Filters Options don’t seem to work. Im trying to hide “All” Categories, but it dont work. I can’t even hide all filters entirely. Do you have any idea why ?

I see that you are using Recent Works shortcode so please make sure that you are hiding the All filter from the recent works shortcode and not theme options.

We do have image rollover effect for our portfolio and posts items, however the rollover consist of a background color and not image, however we are continuously hearing to our customers feedback and suggestions so we will appreciate if you can please send us an email to support@theme-fusion.com so our concerned department can look into this and see if it can be added into our future versions :)

Modal can only be triggered by either using the Button Shortcode or Modal Text Link shortcode right now, its not possible to trigger a modal using menu item for now.
